Myrtle was my aunt (my dad's older sister). My grandmother was Lula Mae and I have plenty of questions myself. I knew Sam and their daughter Mary Lou. And many other Westrope offsprings.

Dear Sue,
I'm researching Anna Mae's parents. Her father, Carl Frederick Adam Sammetinger is my fourth cousin. I have his vital information, their marriage record, and her mother Minnie Arnold's year of birth (1890), Oklahoma Territory. However I would like to obtain Minnie's death record.

I don't know if this will help anyone but I found Oklahoma probate records at familysearch on a long lost relative. Click on probate, browse, and the county if you know - he was in Tulsa county, which has a lot- sadly some don't. He was jailed and committed in 1947 to this hospital. There was a doctor's report for the commitment which shed light on his illness. He died in March 1971 and is buried in Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville- his name is Carl E Moore. I would like to get an obituary, if there was one.I hope this helps someone!

Myrtle and sam are buried in Fairlawn in Cushing . payne , okla in Fairlawn Cem sam b 9 jan 1912 d. 29 jan 1974 last residence tulsa Myrtle b 30 nov 1918 d. 9 mar 1974 also buried in Fairlawn cem and no i do not have any more info and i am not related

Jesse Thomas died in Vinita, Ok.   1514

Could someone please help me. I am looking to see if Jesse Adam Thomas did died in Vinita, Ok. He died on 2-2-1933. Would there be a Obit index for that time? Would there be a library that may have obits for 1933?
Any help would appreciated.
