Cpl. A. Charles Adams

While stationed at Fort Sill, Adams was selected from a number of applicants to serve as War Correspondent overseas and he is now assigned to active duty in Persia.

He enlisted in the army January 31, 1941 and left the states for foreign service in August, 1943, after completing special training course.

He was graduated from Crescent highschool and the University of Oklahoma and was employed at The Guthrie Daily Leader for a number of years.

He is 27 years of age and the son of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Adams of Crescent.
