Clint C. Nelson, 60,
longtime Yukon resident, died in a city rest home
Wednesday evening after a four-year illness.
Services will be at 10 am
Saturday in the Turner funeral home, Yukon, with
burial in the cemetery there. Born in Red Oak April
1, 1897, Nelson moved with his parents to Yukon the
following year and had lived there since. He had
been an employee of the Yukon Mill and Grain Co. for
more than 35 years. He was a veteran of World war I
and a member of the Yukon American Legion post.
Survivors include his wife, Iva, of the home; a
daughter, Mrs. Ruth Ann Crawford, and a son, Jim C.
Nelson, both of Yukon; three sisters, Mrs. Mabel
Masterson and Mrs. Leo Masterson , Yukon, and Mrs.
Bessel W. Tomkins, Wharton, Texas, and a brother,
John Nelson, Yukon. The family requests that in lion
of flowers donations be made lo the Oklahoma Medical
Research foundation.
