BALLARD Jorene Ballard went to be with the Lord on 3/8/2001. She was born 2/6/1927 in Caneyville, OK.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents Dick & Ruby Smith, her sister Beatrice Tash & her brother Earnest Smith. Jorene is survived by her loving & devoted husband of 54 years, Grover F. Ballard, of the home; her two sons, Bill Ballard & wife Judy of Tulsa, OK and Ed Ballard & wife Brenda of Norman, OK; two sisters, Juanita Cooksey, Eufaula, OK & Linda Calbert & husband Mel of OKC; two brothers, Thomas Smith & wife Wanda of Harrah, OK & Bennie Smith & wife Billie of Moore, OK; five grandchildren, Sherri Robinson & husband David, Norman, OK, Cindy Earnest & husband Ronnie of Tulsa, OK, Sandra Ballard of OKC, James Ballard and Robert Ballard, Newalla, OK; great grand daughter, Mikayla Ballard of OKC; a host of nieces & nephews and very dear friends. Jorene made her mark on this world with all her love and thoughtfulness for others. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother & housewife all her life. Services will be held at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 5005 S.E. 29th Street, Del City, OK at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 12, 2001. Graveside service will be at Arlington Memory Gardens, 3400 N. Midwest Blvd., Midwest City, OK.
