THIS PICTURE IS OF MY MOTHER, CLEO MAE (PAYNE) SEBRING, WIFE OF FRED ELMER "BUSTER" SEBRING TAKEN IN 1970 AT THE AGE OF 57 YEARS OF AGE. CLEO WAS THE ELDEST DAUGHTER OF GROVER THURMAN AND OLLIE MAE (COUNTESS) PAYNE AND BORN ON DECEMBER 7, 1913 IN CRESCENT AND DIED AT THE AGE OF 75 YEARS OF AGE ON AUGUST 26, 1989 AT BAPTIST HOSPITAL IN OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. SHE LIVED IN STILLWATER, OK AT THE TIME OF HER DEATH.
