| A Funeral Mass for Juanita V. Austin, 70, of Guthrie will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Father Richard Beckman and Father Steve Austin will officiate. Burial will be in Summit View Cemetery, directed by Smith Funeral Home. Rosary services will be held at 8 p.m. Sunday at Smith Memorial Chapel. She was born Oct. 23, 1916, in Stratford, Okla., to Jake and Leona Edwards. She died Friday at Golden Age Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. She married Marvin Austin on April 29, 1936. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband of the home; one son, Tom Austin of Miami, Okla.; three daughters, Ann Thompson of Pacific Grove, Calif., Marsha Flasch of Mulhall and Betty Hopfer of Ft. Gibson, Okla.; and 12 grandchildren. Friends may call at the funeral home until 9 a.m. Monday. |
