| Funeral services for Jack Lee Hood, 79, of Alva, OK will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 1, 2011 at Smith Memorial Chapel, Guthrie, OK with Dr. Tommy Hood of Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church of Weatherford, TX officiating. Interment will follow at Summit View Cemetery, Guthrie. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie. Jack was born on September 17, 1931 in Lancaster, TX to William Howell and Anna Oleta (Taylor) Hood. He passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2011 in Alva. Visitation will be Thursday, 10:00 a.m.—8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718. |
