| Services for Floyd Blakesley, 57, of 100 NE 14, who died Friday (August 25, 1961), will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Mulhall Christian Church under direction of Guardian Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mulhall Cemetery. Born at Mulhall, Blakesley moved to the city in 1940. He worked as a painting contracter and was a member of the Christian Church. Survivors include his wife, Margaret, of the home; two stepsons, V. Shackelford, with the armed forces in Puerto Rico, and Richard Dean Shackelford, Jacksonville, Fla.; his mother, Mrs. Alice Blakesley, Mulhall; three brothers, James T., Altadena, Calif.; John R., Pomona, Calif., and George W., Mulhall, and three sisters, Mrs. Lillie M. Ellis, Mulhall; Mrs. Delilah Beesley, Mulhall, and Mrs. Eva DeWitt, Baldwin Park, Calif. |
