Jack Leon Richardson
BERNICE,
Okla. - Jack Leon Richardson, 60-year-old Bernice resident, passed away
Friday, July 27, 2001 at his home following an extended illness. Jack was born
November 7, 1940 in Tulsa to Jim and Maggie (Lord) Richardson. He was a
retired machinist for Rockwell-Boeing in Tulsa. Jack was a member of the UAW
Local 952 (Aero Space Division). He moved to the Bernice area in 1994 from
Coweta.
Jack was united in marriage to Iris Fair on February 26,1959 at Miami. She
survives of the home. Survivors are: four sons, Danny Richardson and wife,
Sherri, of Owasso, Steve Richardson, David Richardson and wife, Heidi, and
Mike Richardson and wife, Lisa, all of Coweta; one sister, Marcie Summers of
Disney; four brothers, David Richardson of Bixby, Okla., Harvey Richardson of
Calif., Robert Richardson of Moodys, Okla., and Dale Richardson of Mazies
Landing; 10 grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, at the Burckhalter
Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Steve Decker will officiate. Interment will be in
Ballard Cemetery in Bernice.
Jack's sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Services are entrusted to Burckhalter Funeral Home of Vinita.
