Virginia Lee Wilson
1921 - 2006

Virginia Lee Wilson, 84, died Thursday, June 15, 2006 in Muskogee. She was born July 8, 1921 in Atoka, Oklahoma to Fred and Johnie (Stilley) Wright. She graduated from Central High School in Muskogee. Virginia loved to cook and spending time taking care of her children.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Fred J. Wright and three sisters, Louise Stiles, Edith P. Kennedy and Norma Bouldin. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Wilson; sons and daughters-in-law, Russell A. and Jeannie Wilson of Broken Arrow and Don Wilson and Cordie Gregory of Muskogee; two granddaughters, Katha Sasso Rossi and her husband, Eric, and Alicia Wilson; two great-grandchildren, Donovan Wilson and Natalee Sasso Rossi; brother, Harold B. Wright of Tulsa and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Fosters? Ivory Chapel with Rev. Rex Wilkinson officiating. Interment will follow in Greenhill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jack Whitten, Charlie Wilbourn, John Hannah, Eric Sasso Rossi, Donovan Wilson and Hoyt Payne.

Funeral service arrangements are under the direction of Foster-Petering Funeral Home.
