Lillian Babe McDonald, born December 27. 1918 in
Atoka, Oklahoma she passed away in March of 2001. She was the
daughter of Belle Zora Webb McDonald and William E. McDonald.
Belle Zora Webb was the daughter of Oscar Franklin Webb and Ida
May Simpson Webb who lived until their death in Atoka, Oklahoma.
She married E. L. Romine, son of Bessie Lemaster Romine and Emmett
Romine. Bessie was the daughter of Marion Francis Lemaster and
Maggie May McDaniels Lemaster and Emmett was the son of Thomas Romine
and Georgia Burden Romine.
Lillian had a brother Billy McDonald and a sister Juanita. They
lived in Atoka and went to school in the area. She married E. L.
Romine, April 13, 1933 and they had three children: Charles
Floyd Romine born January 19, 1935 in Atoka, died August 19, 1935.
Ronald Leroy Romine, born June 5, 1940 in Atoka, Oklahoma and
Trona Elaine Romine born August 27, 1944 in Blythe, California.
E. L. Romine had two brothers, Travis L. Romine and Happy, he also had a
sister named Emogene Romine. Travis married Cleo Jaunita Tolbert
November 25, 1939, Travis died February 10, 1989 in Bakersfield,
California, Emogene married Donald Perry Bailey April 16, 1943.
Donald died November 12, 1981 in Bakersfield, California.
W.E. McDonald died October 13, 1947
E.L. Romine died March 3, 1986

Oscar Franklin Webb was born in Ft. Smith, Arkansas
on March 19, 1873 the second son of Benjamin Franklin Webb and Lou M.
Caldwell Webb. He met and married Ida May Simpson in
Blossom, Texas and began life as a family man. They moved to Indian
Territory, later named Atoka Co., in the early 1900's and bought a farm
four miles outside of Atoka. They had the following children:

Benjamin Webb died July 22, 1974 in Norwalk,
California. Audie died March 4, 1967 in Bakersfield, California.
They are buried in Tehachapi side by side. I am also going to post
