AHTA picnic August 12, 1909, Hickory Grounds, OK.

My Great-Grandfather: James Monroe Bailey (man in the middle with dark hat and vest) who was the JP, a man named George Phillips who was the Marshall, and Jess Scott who was the Deputy. I can only identify for sure "Monroe"; the other two fellows are standing on either side of him, but I don't know which one is which.

Maybe someone out there can identify these folks!!!
