Indian Man with woman

I'll give you the 'little' information I do have and the background of the pix. Hopefully the names I give you of surnames this woman who owned the pix will help in identification.

This pix was in the possession of a descendant of the following people, passed down to her by her mother BEULAH LAUGHLIN. This woman, born in 1887 and dying in 1981, was married two times. She told her daughter who inherited the photos, that these were all kin however there are no names on many of the photos, which were vast amount. She lived her entire life in the Indian Territory, having been born in Leflore County OK. Her father, JAMES L. LAUGHLIN was born in Missouri; mother unknown and no dates on them. I've not researched this collateral line by studying the censuses. Beulah Laughlin was married two times; first time to my great-uncle, CHARLES FORD, born in 1885 and dying from influenza in 1918.

**This is how I ended up w/many of the photos because supposedly Charles' grandmother HENDRICK/HENDRIX, was an Indian, and surnames she comes from are: MOODY and CARTWRIGHT.
Beulah Laughlin Ford then marries a 2nd time to an EARL HICKMAN who descends from  SAMUEL JOSHUA HICKMAN. Samuel Joshua Hickman was married 2 times, first time to a CHOCTAW WOMAN, name unknown, and then to a HIGHLAY CAPPS.

**This Indian man in pix could be a son of Samuel and first wife, the Choctaw woman.
When I questioned the dtg. of Beulah L. Ford Hickman about her mother's pix, she said that as far back as she can remember, the photo box has been in her mother's possession, and that she told her these people were either FORDS or HICKMAN.
I'm hoping that one of the descendants may have a matching picture. Sorry James that I don't have more dates to help us with a time frame. Maybe this little bit can help some though insofar as possible surnames.

CHARLES FORD, born in 1885 and dying from influenza in 1918.
**This is how I ended up w/many of the photos because supposedly Charles' grandmother HENDRICK/HENDRIX, was an Indian, and surnames she comes from are: MOODY and CARTWRIGHT

Left out that the Hendrick/Hendricks, was born in 1832 and dies in 1900. She has a daughter Frances K. Hendrick, born in 1868, who marries Andrew Ford.

Also on this Samuel Joshua Hickman, although I don't have his age, he was killed in the Civil War giving us somewhat of a time frame.

I just think its such an intriguing photo because you can tell from the couple's dress that they had some personal wealth, at least enough to be wearing the type clothing she has on with a ring and watch, which I've been told was not common for women to own then. I believe them to be married because of the way she has her hand on his shoulder however she could be a daughter. The Indian man's face was so emulsified when restorative photographer tried to save it, as you can see, he could not and I didn't want him to 'fill in' areas of face....

I do hope that the Shoebox Gallery can help me identify them. I may have left out the surname HICKMAN, that this man could possibly descend from. Of course I'm hoping its my 'lost Indian HENDRIX/HENDRICKS,' who married into my Ford line....

This woman is supposedly a Ford who married a HENDRICKS, however either one of them could be a Hickman or at least a part of their collateral lines. Hoping to find out this is FANNIE HENDRICKS and the Indian man is ANDREW J. FORD. Other possibilities are this is Nancy ? MOODY who probably married a WILLIAM OR JAMES HENDRICKS.
