After preaching by Bro. S. D. TAYLOR, the church was called to order by the Moderator. Minute of the last meeting read and approved. Election of Pastor and Clerk deferred until Sunday Oct. 28, 1900.

The church again met. Preaching by Bro. P. F. DOOLY subject, "The invitations and commands of the Gospel." After which the church in conference proceeded to elect Pastor and Clerk. Brother S. D. TAYLOR was chosen Pastor by unanimous vote and J. E. ADAMS was elected Church Clerk.

Prairie Grove Church met on Sat. Nov. 24, 1900

After devotional exercise, Bro. TAYLOR Preached text Gal. 4:4

Subject, "The providence of God and the fulfillment of His promises." After which Bro. Taylor called the Church to order for the transaction of business.

Pastors Salary. Brother S. W. McCLANAHAN voluntarily confessed to having been drunk and stated that he was sorry for it and had prayed the Lord to forgive him and asked the church to forgive him.

By motion, the church unanimously expressed a willingness to forgive him.

Prairie Grove Baptist Church met on Sunday Dec. 23, 1900. After preaching by Bro. P. F. DOOLY, the Church in conference transacted the following business. Minute of last meeting read and approved.

The report of the Deacons on Subscription for Pastors Salary was called for and J. E. ADAMS stated that they had prepared subscription with a few dollars subscribed but had discontinued the work on account of Bro. TAYLOR having abandoned, the pastoral care of the church and, moved to Texas.

By motion the church proceeded by ballot to elect Pastor for the remainder of this associational year, Bro. P. F. DOOLY was chosen by unanimous vote. The Moderator stated that the church would expect her Deacon's to circulate subscription for Bro. DOOLY'S

Prairie Grove Baptist Church met on Sat. Jan. 26, 1901

Preaching by Brother P. F. DOOLY, subject "The Supremacy of Christ or Christ Supreme in all things."

After preaching, Bro. DOOLY announced the church in conference.

Minute of last meeting read and approved. J. E. ADAMS stated that fifty-three dollars and fifty cents had been subscribed for Pastor's salary with three members to whom subscription had not been presented.

By motion the church instructed the Deacon's to complete the work and record. The subscription on church book.
