Memorial services for Clessie P. DAUGHERTY, 83, of Wichita, Kan., formerly of Vian, were held at 9:30 a.m., Friday, at Wichita Health Care & Rehab. Mrs. DAUGHERTY was born Sept. 11, 1918, in Vian. She died Monday, Aug. 26, 2002, in Wichita. Survivors include three daughters, Virginia, Nanetta and Patricia; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Lois MULLICAN, 99, of Vian, are being held at 10 a.m., Saturday, at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian, with Rev. Taylor Joyce officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. MULLICAN was born Nov. 23, 1902, in Appleton, Ark. to William J. PARISH and Martha (HILL) PARISH. She died Thursday, Aug. 29, 2002, in Sallisaw. She married Virgil W. MULLICAN on Oct. 28, 1917, in Hector, Ark. He preceded her in death on April 23, 1973. Survivors include one daughter, Marie; three sons Charles, Wayne and Don; 11 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in  death by son Harlan MULLICAN in WWII; infants Garlan MULLICAN and Dorothy MULLICAN; and eight brothers and sisters.

Graveside services for Henry CROWLEY, 71, of Anthony, Kansas, will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, at Oliver Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren, Ark. Mr. CROWLEY died Thursday, Aug. 29, 2002, in a Kansas hospital. Survivors include two sisters, Wanda and Janie; one brother, R.J. and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Zola C. (IRISH) JOHNSON, 88, of Roland, will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, at Mallory Chapel in Sallisaw, with Revs. Sam Walton and Gary Hinkle officiating. Burial will be in U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark., under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. JOHNSON was born Nov. 15, 1913, in Vian, to Luther IRISH Sr. and Annie (HENRY) IRISH. She died Saturday, Aug. 31, 2002, in Roland. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Mose D. and his wife Dona M.; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; two sisters, Naomi and Mary Odis; two brothers, Luther and Rudolph; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; one husband, Mose JOHNSON Sr.; one sister, Jo Anna DICKSON and two brothers, Nathan and Jack IRISH.

Funeral services for Alton R. WILLIS, 86, of Huntington, Ark., will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, at Mansfield Church of Christ, with burial in Union Ridge Cemetery in Dayton, Ark. under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood, Ark. Mr. WILLIS died Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2002, in Greenwood Nursing Home. Survivors include his wife, Anna Mae WILLIS of the home; five daughters, Bettye, Nell, Elaine, Jane and Judy; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Burial is in Blackjack Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. BARNES was born Jan. 15, 1936, in Bradford, Ark., to Charles Clifton BARNES and Syble (TURNER) BARNES. He died Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2002, in a Fort Smith, Ark. He married Kathryn WILSON on Sept. 9, 1955, in Tahlequah. Survivors include his wife, Kathryn BARNES of the home; two sons, David and Michael; his mother, Syble BARNES; one sister, Jane; and four brothers, Edward, Johnny, Nolan and Clifton. He was preceded in death by his father; one daughter, Joyce BARNES.

Graveside services for Syble J. CREAGH, 64, of Salina, were held at 11 a.m., Friday, at Redland Cemetery south of Muldrow, with Rev. Eugene Christenberry officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mrs. CREAGH was born June 17, 1938, in Marble City, to John Ira PEMBERTON and Norma Ocie (MARTIN) PEMBERTON. She died Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2002, in Tulsa. She married Jess CREAGH on Aug. 19, 1977, in Muskogee. Survivors include one daughter, Linda; three sons, Jim, Randy and Paul; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother, John; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Elsa IFFLANDER, 82, of Vian, are being held at 10 a.m., Saturday, at Box Cemetery, north of Vian, with Elder Barton Buttery officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. IFFLANDER was born May 30, 1920, in Weimheim, Germany, to Johannes RETTIG and Elizabeth (REINHART) RETTIG. She died Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2002, in Vian. She married Franz IFFLANDER July 1953, in Weimheim. He preceded her in death on April 29, 1998. Survivors include one daughter, Eleonore; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Opal JOHNSON, 93, of Sallisaw, were held at noon, Thursday, at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, with Rev. Vernon Lawrence officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. JOHNSON was born Aug. 22, 1909, in Reed, Ark., to William Fenwick STINNETT and Mattie Lois (TAYLOR) STINNETT. She died Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2002, in Sallisaw. She married Ivan William JOHNSON on May 28, 1933, in Vian. He preceded her in death on July 19,1997. Survivors include three sisters, Oca Mae, Leah and Lois; one brother, Faxon and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Lettie Oleta PARROTT POOL, 87, of Vian, will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with Rev. David Clewell officiating. Burial will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park in Van Buren, Ark., under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. POOL was born Jan. 17, 1915, in Alma, Ark., to Robert Lee MURPHY and Margaret (SCHRIMSHER) MURPHY. She died Monday, Sept. 2, 2002, at Vian. She married her first husband Edgar Felix PARROTT Nov. of 1940 in Seminole. He preceded her in death May of 1980. Survivors include one daughter, Pamela; two sons, Gary D. and Edgar Anthony "Tony"; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Mrs. POOL was also preceded in death by her second husband, Ed POOL on Jan. 1, 1995; four sisters and three brothers.  

Graveside services for Louise Lahoma "Sue" TAYLOR,  also known as Sue GARVIN, 86, of Tulsa, formerly of Sallisaw, were held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, at Buffington Cemetery in Sallisaw, under the direction of Moore's Rosewood Chapel of Tulsa. Mrs. TAYLOR was born Jan 6, 1916, in Hanson, to James A. and Elizabeth GARVIN McCULLOUGH. She died Monday, Sept. 2, 2002. Survivors include two daughters, Jenise and Barbara; four sons, Ben, Gene, Robert and Eddie; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband, Amos Harvey TAYLOR.

Mrs. BABB was born May 31,1971, in Salinas, Calif., to Gary Lee RUMMERFIELD  and Dorothy Ann (BRYSON) RUMMERFIELD. She died Monday, Sept. 9, 2002, in Oklahoma City. Survivors include one son, Garrett; two daughters, Alexandria and Ashlynn; two sisters, Suzanne and Sara; one niece, Victoria; and one nephew, Connor; her maternal grandparents, Miles and Jackie DERRICK; her paternal grandmother, Evon FEARON; her aunts and uncles, Sharon, Honk and Barbara, and Wanda and Rich, and Sharon and Jerry; eight cousins, Michael, Shannon, Amy, Glen, Sheila, Tiffany, Tanya and Dawn; and several great-aunts, great-uncles and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Jack and Nellie LISTON of Gore.

Funeral services for Stella Mae DUTY, 92, of Nicut, were held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, at Lee Creek Assembly of God church, north of Muldrow, with Revs. Tommy Treat and Floyd Kester Jr. officiating. Burial was in Seabolt Cemetery, north of Muldrow, under the directions of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mrs. DUTY was born May 15, 1910, in Oakdale, to Henry HART and Minnie (RICHARDSON) HART. She died Monday, Sept. 9, 2002, in Fort Smith, Ark. Mrs. DUTY married Albert Franklin "Bert" DUTY on Sept. 10, 1927, in Sequoyah County. He preceded her in death on Sept. 24, 1970. Survivors include five daughters, Marzene, Linda, Wilma, Glorene and Patricia; two sons, Earl Dean and Harolene; 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Dovie, Hazel and Goldie. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Ruby MOONEY and two brothers, Marvin and Roy HART.

Mr. ELLINGTON was born April 16, 1924 in Glenpool, to John and Katie (ALLYWISH) ELLINGTON. He died Monday, Sept. 2, 2002, in Sallisaw. Mr. ELLINGTON married Nina VENIS on Feb. 10, 1947, in Tulsa. Survivors include his wife, Nina ELLINGTON of Vian; two sons and daughters-in-law, David and his wife Hazel and Richard and his wife Carol; one daughter, Peggy; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Eugene; one sister, Neoma and numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services for Glenn Jay Alvin EVERETT Jr., 46, of Sallisaw, were held at 2 p.m., Monday, at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with burial in Buffington Cemetery west of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. EVERETT was born June 6, 1956, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Glenn EVERETT Sr. and Kathrine (WILLIAMS) MARCHANT. He died Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2002, in Pocola. Survivors include four sons, Glenn III, Christopher, Addison Jay; three grandchildren; his mother, Kay MARCHANT; two step-sons Brian and Shawn; and one step-daughter, Patricia.

Funeral services for Johnny Edward "Buster" JONES, 60, of Van Buren, Ark., were held at 10 a.m., Monday, at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren, Ark., with burial in Gill Cemetery in Van Buren, under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren. Mr. JONES died Friday, Sept. 6, 2002, in a local hospital. Survivors include his wife, Jane JONES of the home; two daughters, Carla and Gina; two sons, Wayne and Michael; three sisters, Velma, Patricia and Susie; two brothers, Allen and James; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Memorial services for Beatrice Ann KUNTUZOS, 99, of Muldrow, were held at 1 p.m., Thursday, at Muldrow First Baptist Church, she was cremated under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel of Fort Smith, Ark. Mrs KUNTUZOS was born July 19, 1903. She died Friday, Sept. 3, 2002, in a local hospital. Survivors include one daughter, Patricia; three sons, Geruaise, Edward Joseph and Kenneth ; 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

Burial was in Akins Cemetery, north of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. LENINGTON was born June 9, 1925, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Arthur LENINGTON and Jewell (JACOBS) LENINGTON. He died Monday, Sept. 9, 2002, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include three daughters, Pam, Brenda and Karen; one son, Eric; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Clara and Wanda; one brother, John; and several nieces, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Military Honors are being provided by United States Marine Corp. Mr. SHROPSHIRE was born Jan. 10, 1974, in Sallisaw, to Rev. Tommy SHROPSHIRE and Cheryl (DAVIDSON) SHROPSHIRE. He died Saturday, Sept. 7, 2002, in Walterboro, S.C. Mr. SHROPSHIRE married Sherry Lynn EVERETT on May 14, 1994, in Muskogee. Survivors include his wife, Sherry Lynn SHROPSHIRE of Ft. Gibson; one daughter, Elizabeth Lynn; his parents, Rev. Mrs. WANN was born July 5, 1950, in Oklahoma City, to Hurley and Frances GAMBLE. She died Sunday, Sept. 8, 2002, in Sequoyah Memorial Hospital in Sallisaw. She married William Edgar WANN in 1969. He preceded her in death in 1999. Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Tabatha and her husband, August, Sabrina and her husband, Steve, and Lawanda and her husband, Travis; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Billy and Shannon and his wife, Angel; six grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Hurley Jr. and his wife Linda; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Vickie and her husband, Steve, and Carol and her husband, Dale. Andy O'Neal officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Roland. Mrs. ALLEN was born Dec. 14, 1908, in Dora Ark., to Thomas Dedrick CALCOTE and Dovie Nevada (HANES) CALCOTE. She died Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2002, in Muldrow. Mrs. ALLEN married John Wesley ALLEN Jr. on April 16, 1926, in Sallisaw. He preceded her in death on May 13, 1990. Survivors  include five daughters, Regina, Oza Vae, Camilla, WIREMAN, Vonda; one son, Wayburn; 26 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and 35 great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by five children, twins, Ozeena and Rowena, Audra SPEARS, Ronaldean ALLEN and Brandon ALLEN.

DAILEY II, 36, of  Hot Springs, Ark., formerly of Arkoma, were held at 2 p.m., Friday, at Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Hot Springs, under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home of Hot Springs. Mr. DAILEY died Thursday, Sept. 5, 2002. Survivors include one daughter, Brittany LaShea; his mother and step-father, Jacqueline and Tommy REYNOLDS; his father, Daniel C. DAILEY; one brother, Gregory Neal; two sisters, Lisa Machelle and Carla Shea; two step-brothers, Tommy G. and Ferman "Bubba"; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mrs. OSBURN was born Aug. 23, 1942 in Muskogee, to Carl FULLBRIGHT and Iris (STAFFAN) FULLBRIGHT.  She died Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2002, in Sallisaw. Mrs. CABLE was born Aug. 5, 1943 in Marble City, to Henry S. EMERSON and Laura (HONEYCUTT) EMERSON. She died Saturday, Sept. 14, 2002, in a Columbus, Ga. hospital after a lengthy illness. Survivors include her husband, George CABLE of the home; four sons, Jimmy, John, Norman and Henry; three grandchildren; her mother, Laura EMERSON; three brothers, Robert, Norman and Don; two sisters, Bernice and Marie; her mother-in-law, Julie CABLE; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Mr. HORN was born June 28, 1926, in Kinta, to Charles HORN and Anna (UPTON) HORN. He died Saturday, Sept. 14, 2002, in Fort Smith, Ark. Mr. HORN married Eleanor MESZAROS in 1950 in Cleveland, Ohio. She preceded him in death on June 6, 1998. Survivors include his companion, Jane of the home; one son, Chris and Tammy; two grandchildren; two half sisters, Jewel and Pauline; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Tony Guy SHAFER, 38, of Sallisaw, were held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, at Brushy Cemetery north of Sallisaw, with Rev. Monroe Lowrimore officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. SHAFER was born Feb. 18, 1964, in Sallisaw, to Laurie BARNETT. He died Thursday, Sept. 12, 2002. Survivors include four daughters, Ashley, Tiffany, Brittany and Candice; two grandsons; his mother, Laurie SOULERET; three brothers, William, Richard and Daniel; and three sisters, Charlotte, Robin and LaDonna.

Mrs. STOCKTON was born Feb. 20, 1911, in Muldrow, to Thomas Archie WATTS and Elizabeth Ada (NEAL) WATTS. She died Friday, Sept. 13, 2002, in Fort Smith, Ark.She married Evert Franklin STOCKTON on Oct. 9, 1926, in Sallisaw. He preceded her in death on Oct. 6, 1994. (HATCHER) HARRISON.  She died Monday, Sept. 16, 2002, in Vian. Survivors include one sister, Sheary B.; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers and six sisters.

Mr. NELSON died Monday, Sept. 16, 2002, in a local hospital. Funeral services for Evelyn Juanita (MILLER) SCOTT, 79, of Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 20, 2002, at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with Rev. Jasper Ligon officiating. Burial was in Akins Cemetery northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. SCOTT was born Oct. 20, 1924, in Hanson community, to Houston Watie MILLER and Nettie (KING) MILLER. She died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2002, in Fort Smith, Ark. Mrs. SCOTT married Clay Beauford Scott on July 24, 1940, in Akins community. He preceded her in death on April 19, 2002. Survivors include one daughter, Brenda; two sons, Gary and Dennis; four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; three sisters, Cherokee, Wanda and Bobbie; and one brother,Tom.

Graveside services for Solon "Tom" THOMAS, 82, of Gore, will be held at noon, Monday, Sept. 23, 2002, at Fort Gibson National Cemetery, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Services for Webbers Falls. Mr. THOMAS was born May 21, 1920, in Cordell, to Solon Grover THOMAS and Montie (ROLAND) THOMAS. He died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2002, in his home. Mr. BECKETT was born Jan. 24, 1971, in Gravette to Larry Robert BECKETT and Jody BECKETT. He died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2002, in NW Medical Center in Springdale, Ark. He married Ada BROWING on Aug. 26, 1938, in Pineville, Ky. Survivors include his wife, Ada CRUTCHFIELD of the home; one daughter, Naden; three sons, Jess N., Howard O. and Delma R.; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Daisy.

Mr. FRAZIER was born Nov. 16, 1934, in Sallisaw to Audrey and Thomas FRAZIER. He died Monday, Sept. 23, 2002, in a local hospital. Survivors include his wife, Rachel Faye FRAZIER of the home; one son, Garland Wayne; two step-sons, D.B. and Steven Ray; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five sisters, Bonnie, Faye, Pauline, Betty and Mary Ann; and four brothers, Marion, Kenneth, Homer and Tommy. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Jerry FRAZIER and one sister, Jean (FRAZIER) ROGERS.

Mary Ellen GRAHAM, 80, of Sallisaw, died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2002, in Sallisaw. Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. GRAHAM was born Aug. 22, 1922, in Macinaw Island, Mich.,  to George C. ANDRESS and Veronica A. (CANDREAU) ANDRESS. Mrs. GRAHAM married Nathan Daniel GRAHAM in Michigan in 1964. Survivors include her husband, Nathan of the home, four sons, Ron, Lonnie, Carl and Bruce; one daughter, Constance Susan; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Georgina and Vivian; three half-brothers; and several other relatives and friends.

Mrs. McNUTT was born July 11, 1913, in Witts Springs, Ark. to William Thomas BLACKWELL and Sally (SANDERS) BLACKWELL. She died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2002, in Vian. Mrs. McNUTT married William Richard McNUTT on March 3, 1929, in Witts Springs. He preceded her in death on Jan. 15, 1990. Survivors include four daughters, Ethel Marie, Jeannie Malinda, Shirlean and Ellen; one son, Bobby Lee; 24 grandchildren; and one sister, Mildred.

Carl Jack MITCHELL, 66, of Fort Collins, Colo., formerly of Sallisaw, died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2002, in his home. He was born Dec. 3, 1936, in Sallisaw, to George and Vera MITCHELL. Arrangements were under the direction of Allnutt Funeral Service of Fort Collins. A private family service will take place. Survivors include his wife, Barbara MITCHELL; one daughter, Katherine; two sons and daughters-in-law, Samuel and his wife Beth and Thomas and his wife Amanda; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services for Jessie SPEER, 84, of Vian, were held Tuesday, 11:30 a.m. at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in vian, with Revs. Dale Ritter officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.Mrs. SPEER was born Jan. 19, 1918, in Melbourne, Ark. to Edgar G. BUTLER and Nora Etta (SHOEMAKER) BUTLER. She died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2002, in Sallisaw. Mrs. SPEER married Donald Adrian SPEER Sr. on Aug 11, 1940, in Roland. He preceded her in death on Aug. 28, 1999. Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Donald Adrian Jr. and his wife Thea and Edward Neal; two grandsons and granddaughters-in-law; one granddaughter; one great-granddaughter; and one great-grandson. She was also preceded in death by one son, Ronald Keith SPEER on Nov. 17, 1981.

Mr. ALLEN was born July 28, 1935, in Scott county, Ark. He died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2002, in a local hospital. Survivors include his wife, Gracie ALLEN of the home; four daughters, Eileen, Virginia, Martha and Pat; two sons, Douglas and Doyle; 10 grandchildren; four sisters, Marie, Peggy, Brenda and June; and several nephews and nieces, including Sherie.

Funeral services for Daniel Drew DOSS, 20, of Guymon, were held Thursday, 1 p.m., at Memorial Chapel Funeral Chapel of Noble, with Pastor Billy Martin officiating. Burial was in Noble IOOF Cemetery, under the direction of Memorial Chapel Funeral Service of Noble. Mr. DOSS was born July 23, 1982, in Norman, to Lowell and Connie (NEWCOMB) DOSS. He died Monday, Sept. 23, 2002, in Guymon. Survivors include his parents, of the home; one sister, Amberly; one brother, David Duane; maternal grandparents, Duane and Audrey NEWCOMB; and paternal grandparents, Richard and Ruby Hill; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parental grandfather, Lowell Regional DOSS.  

Lillian A. FREER,  79, of Las Vegas, died Sunday, Sept. 15, 2002, in Lake Mead Hospital Medical Center. She was born Jan. 31, 1923, in San Francisco. Private services were held at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nev., under the direction of Palm Mortuary of Las Vegas. Survivors include her husband, Edward S. FREER of the home; one daughter, Claire A.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Herbert C. HYDE, 84, of Van Buren, Ark., were held at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 20, at Armour Avenue First Freewill Baptist Church in Fort Smith, with burial in Forest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren. He died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2002 in a local nursing home. He was preceded in death by one grandson, Bobby HYDE on May 10, 2002. Mr. LEININGER married Patricia Ann HARRINGTON on Nov. 15, 1963, in Mortpelier, Ohio. Survivors include his wife, Patricia LEININGER of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Tamera Lee and Joe; one granddaughter; one sister, Carol Ann; and two brothers, Butch and Pete.

Burial will be in Peters Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of  Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. SPARKS was born June 6, 1918, in Sequoyah County, to Henry Eldridge CORLEY and Susan Jane (LEE) CORLEY. She died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2002, in Sallisaw. She married Hooley Joy SPARKS on Feb. 15, 1947, in Fort Smith. He preceded her in death on Oct. 19, 1991. Survivors include one daughter, Linda; two sons, Jim and Dexter; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Avis. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Joyce SPARKS on Oct. 7, 1998, in Sallisaw.
