Funeral services for Clarence L. BUTLER, 76, of Muldrow are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Agent Funeral Chapel in Muldrow. Burial is in Blackjack Cemetery, northwest of Muldrow, under the direction of  Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow. Mr. BUTLER was born June 12, 1923, in Sequoyah county, to Willie and Elvita (DAVIS) BUTLER. He died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 1999, in Fort Smith, Ark. He married Hilda Jewell GAYLER May 20, 1965, in Poteau. Survivors include his wife, Hilda BUTLER of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Rhonda; one daughter  and son-in-law, Darla and Stewart; four grandchildren; and three sisters, Cleo, Jewell and Emogene.

Funeral services for Mary Rachel FOX, 102, of Vian were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Blackgum Harvest Time Temple, with the Rev. Chris Armer and Louise Webber officiating. Burial was in Box Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. FOX was born Sept. 27, 1897, in Porum, Oklahoma Indian Territory, to Eldridge and Alice (RAY) SKAGGS.  She died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 1999, in Vian. Survivors include three daughters, Dorothy, Neomi, and Violet; two sons, James Allen and Herbert; 24 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. FOX was preceded in death by her husband, Riley G. FOX in 1964.

Funeral services for Wilma Ruth GROVES, 85, of Muldrow are being held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Agent Chapel in Muldrow. Burial is in the U. S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark., under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow. Mrs. GROVES was born March 6, 1914, in the Paw Paw community to George Riley JACKSON and Louisina Elafair (HERRIMON) JACKSON. She died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 1999, in Muldrow. She married Otis Dillis GROVES Dec. 29, 1935 in Hayworth. He preceded her in death Nov. 25, 1971. Survivors include two daughters, Nada Louise and Karen Jane; one son, Otis Riley; one sister, Elsie; three brother, G. R., Robert, and Calvin; 12 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Robert Allen HOLIMAN, 33, of Muldrow were held at 1 p.m. Monday at Sims Family Cemetery, with the Rev. Doug Martin officiating. Mr. HOLIMAN was born Dec. 24, 1965, in Sallisaw, to Richard and Katie (SIMS) HOLIMAN. He died Friday, Oct. 29, 1999, in a Tulsa hospital. Survivors include his mother, Katie; one sister, Rebecca; one brother, Rick; and other relatives and friends. Mr. HOLIMAN was preceded in death by his father; and one sister, Peggy JONES. Arrangements were under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Graveside services for George L. "Buck" IVY, 74, of Keota were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Cowlington Cemetery, with the Rev. Tommy Parker officiating. Mr. IVY was born Sept. 12, 1925, in McCurtain, to Charley and Annie Elizabeth (JENKINS) IVY. He died Saturday, Oct. 30, 1999, in Fort Smith, Ark. He married Mildred Louise TATE in 1952 in New Mexico. Survivors include his wife, Mildred IVY of the home; five daughters, Verdice, Sue, Margaret Jane, Ailine, and Margaret Ann; four sons, William, Melvin, Dewayne and Anthony; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; four brothers, Laney, Donnie, Henry and James; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Funeral services for Joseph H. WOOTON, 76, of Wichita, Kan., were held at 1 p.m. Oct. 27, 1999, at Northside Church of Christ in Wichita. Mr. WOOTON died Sunday, Oct. 24, 1999, at his home. He married Mary HARGRAVE. Survivors include his wife, Mary WOOTON of the home; one son, Paul Joseph; two daughters, Cheryl and Nancy; one sister, Edith; and seven grandchildren. Mr. WOOTON was preceded in death by one sister, Lois FINE; two brothers, Kermit and Clyde WOOTON and his parents. Arrangements were under the direction of Resthaven Mortuary.

Nolan Mainus and Jerry Graham officiating.  Burial is in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. HILL was born Nov. 12, 1963, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Norma Joe (WHITWORTH) HILL. He died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 1999, in Piedmont. He married Lori Ann GREENFIELD March 15, 1984, in Dallas. Survivors include his wife, Lori HILL of the home; one daughter, Annie Jo; two sons, RII (?) and Ira; his mother, Norma Jo; two brothers, Gerald  and Rod; and four sisters, MeLynda, Barbara, Deborah and Sandra. Mr. HILL was preceded in death by one sister, LaDonna; and one brother Michael.

Funeral services for Georgia Mae REESE, 89, of Muldrow are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Victory Temple Pentecostal Church in Roland, with the Revs. Magellan O'Neal and Andy O'Neal officiating. Burial is in Roland City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow. Mrs. REESE was born Feb. 22, 1910, in Stone County, Ark., to Elmer and Helen Francis (WARD) YOUNGER. She died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 1999, in Muldrow. She married Walter Jennings REESE Oct. 27, 1928, in Fort Smith, Ark. He preceded her in death Dec. 6, 1986. Survivors include three sons, J. W. , Irvan and Harvey; one sister, Bertha; one brother,  Joe; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. REESE was also preceded in death by two daughters, Almedia SHOFNER and Monna WHITE.

Mrs. COULTER was born April 23, 1916, in Sallisaw, to John and Cora (ROBERTS) SIZEMORE. She died Saturday, Nov. 6, 1999, in the Vian Nursing Home. Survivors include one daughter, Wanda Sue; one son, Paul; two sisters, Maggie and Emma Jean; one brother, Woodrow; 10 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren. Mrs. COULTER was preceded in death by her husband, Coy COULTER on Jan. 27, 1978; her parents; one sister, Maxine SMITH; and two brothers, Clayton "Si" SIZEMORE and Bill SIZEMORE. Arrangements are under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Funeral services for Clyde S. HAMILTON, 91, of Fort Smith, Ark., were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith. Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Putman Funeral Home. Mr. HAMILTON died Friday, Nov. 5, 1999, at his home. Survivors include his wife, Floy STANFIELD HAMILTON of the home; one daughter, Debrah, two sons, Gary and Jan; two sisters, Euleta and Margarine; one brother, Fred; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

James Jefferson HEDRICK, 96, of Vian died Monday, Nov. 8, 1999, in Vian. Funeral services are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Blackgum, with the Rev. Dale Ritter officiating.  Burial is in Box Cemetery, north of Vian, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. HEDRICK was born April 1, 1903, in Webber Bottoms, Oklahoma Indian Territory, to Joseph Stancil and Cora Catherine (BRYANT) HEDRICK. Survivors include one daughter, Judy; three sons, Jarvis, Eddie and Billy Joe; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one son, Johnny Lee HEDRICK in 1959; two grandchildren; three brothers; and four sisters.

Funeral services for Jerry Wayne MYERS, 52, of Muldrow were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church in Muldrow, with the Rev. Tim Ohls officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Muldrow. Mr. MYERS was born Nov. 12, 1946, in Brawley, Calif., to Ray F. MYERS and Frances Lucille (INGRAM) MYERS. He died Friday, Nov. 5, 1999, at his home. He married Reta Fern BONE March 21, 1964, in Winter Haven, Calif. Survivors include his wife, Reta MYERS of the home; three daughters, Stephanie Renee, Tammy Lee, and Anna Lee; one son, Jerry Wayne Jr.; five grandchildren; his mother, Frances; two sisters, Ivia,  and Brendia; one half sister, Claudine; two half brothers, Bobby and James.

Memorial services for Charles Q. PROPHET, 54, of Mountainburg, Ark., are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Edwards Van-Alma Chapel in Van Buren, Ark. Mr. PROPHET died Monday, Nov. 8, 1999, at his home. Survivors include two daughters, Deanna "Pookie" and Athena; two sons, Curtis and Mike; three sisters, Mary Ellen, Carolyn and Rita; one brother John; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene PROPHET; his mother, Fern HENSON; and one brother, Chester PROPHET. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren.

Graveside services for Robert M. SPEARS, 86, of Antioch, Calif., were held at 11 a.m. Oct. 8, 1999, at Oak View Cemetery in Antioch. Mr. SPEARS was born Aug. 4, 1913, in Muldrow. he died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 1999, in Concord , Calif. Survivors include one daughter, Shirley L.; two sons, Bobby L. and Johnny C.; five sisters, Olta, Jo Ellen, Carolyn,Bonnie and Pearl; three brothers, Bud, Fred and Donald; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Mr. SPEARS was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Louise W. SPEARS on Jan. 27, 1999.

Mr. STEWART was born May 11, 1929, in Pittsfield, Mass., to George Hanley STEWART and Inez (SERGANT) STEWART. He died Friday, Nov. 5, 1999, at his home. He married Ruby Marie SUTTON Sept. 29,1 966, in Winnemucca, Nev. She died Nov. 7 1999.  Survivors include two daughters, Janice and Jerri; two sons, Gary and Scott; one stepson, Dean; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and his mother Inez STEWART. Cremation was under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow.

Mrs. STEWART was born Dec. 15, 1925, in the Liberty community, to Edgar G. SUTTON and Emma Ruth (BOYD) SUTTON. She died Sunday, Nov. 7, 1999, in Fort Smith, Ark. She married Donald Jay STEWART Sept. 29, 1966 in Winnemucca, Nev. He preceded her in death Nov. 5, 1999. Graveside services for Susie Bernard WILLETT, 81,  of Fort Smith, Ark., were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Steep Hill Cemetery in the Rye Hill community in Fort Smith. Mrs. WILLETT died Friday, Nov. 5, 1999, at her home. Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn and Judy; one son, Gene; one sister, Ella; one brother, Ray; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren. Mrs. WILLETT was preceded in death by her husband, Ira D. "Red" WILLETT. Arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith.

He died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 1999, in Paris. Survivors include his wife, Essie KIMBERLING of the home; four daughters, Susie, Liz, Sharon and Glenda; five sons, Ricky, Jim, Jerry, Mike and Tony; three sisters, Regina, Wanda, and Mary; one brother, Mackey; 29 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

He died Monday, Nov. 15, 1999, in McAlester Regional Hospital. He married Myrtle BRUMLEY July 3, 1949, in McFarland, Calif. She preceded him in death May 15, 1987. Mr. BELVIN married Linda Fay SMITH Dec. 12, 1992, in Stuart. Survivors include his wife, Linda BELVIN of the home; four sons and daughters-in-law, Lester and Linda, Carl and Teresa, Wayne and Sharon, Kenny and Brenda; eight grandchildren;one great-grandson. Mr. BELVIN was also preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Eulys BELVIN; and one sister, Louise NEWTON.

Mr. CALCOTE was born July 15, 1932, in the Ole Remy community, to Nathan Cade CALCOTE and Eica Elizabeth (O'NEAL) CALCOTE. He died Saturday, Nov. 13, 1999, in Little Rock, Ark. He married Naomi Faith BROWN March 12, 1962, in Stilwell. Survivors include his wife, Naomi CALCOTE of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary Douglas and wife Jane, and Michael Grady and wife Dorene,; his mother, Eica; and two sisters, Rose Ella and Carmoleta.

Noah Benjamin CHEATER, infant son of Joe CHEATER and Deanna DIFFEE of Sallisaw, died Monday, Nov. 15, 1999, in a Tulsa hospital. He was born Oct. 18, 1999, in Tulsa. Graveside services are being held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Flute Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Survivors include his parents; two sisters, BreAnna, and Sayleigh; his maternal grandmother, Shirley DIFFEE and his paternal grandparents, John and Linda CHEATER.

Burial was in Round Mountain Cemetery, west of Vian, under the direction of Agent Funeral home in Sallisaw.Mrs. COOK was born Feb. 21, 1924, in Vian, to Jim and Addie (GLASS) LOWE. She died Friday, Nov. 12, 1999, in Gore. She married George Washington Cook Jr. Jan. 23, 1943, in Sallisaw. He preceded her in death March 10, 1991. Survivors include one daughter and one-in-law, Gaylene and Steven; two sons and daughters-in-law, Hubert and JoAnn, and Greg and Jamie; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one sister and brother-in-law, Jimmie and Don.Mrs. COOK was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

Foreman DEUVALL, 73, of Harrah died Saturday, Nov. 13, 1999, in a Tulsa hospital. Graveside services are being held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Box Cemetery, near Vian, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. DEUVALL was born Aug. 19, 1926, in Vian, to Charlie B. DEUVALL and Sarah (MEAD) DEUVALL. Survivors include one sister, Bonnie.  Mr. DEUVALL was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Geneva DAVENPORT; two brothers, Charlie DEUVALL Jr. and Ed DEUVALL; and one nephew, Larry YOUNG.

The Rev. Frank  JAMES, 49, of Gans died Monday, Nov. 15, 1999, in Gans. Funeral services are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Immanuel Baptist Church in Sallisaw, with the Revs. Barnie Shirey, Leon McDowell, David Cartee, and Michael Hargis and Sis. Janie James officiating. Burial is in Fleetwood Cemetery, east of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Rev. James was born April 15, 1950, in Oklahoma City, to Clois Edward JAMES and Naomi Irene (HAMMOND) JAMES.  He married Janie Paulette HURST Feb. 27, 1970, in Tecumseh.  Survivors include his wife, Janie JAMES of the home; two daughters and one son-in-law, Cary and Michael, and Tracey ; two sons and daughters-in-law, David and Amy, and Jesse and Lisa; four grandchildren; five sisters, Norma, Mary, Pat, Sherry and Marie; two brothers, Clois and Jim; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. The Rev. James was preceded in death by one brother, Allen JAMES in 1995; and one sister, Ela Mae MAIZE in October 1999.

Burial was in South Bethel Cemetery in Braggs, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Gore. Mrs. LANDERS was born June 28, 1924, in Braggs, to Lee and Blanche F. (LAPLANT) CRUM. She died Sunday, Nov. 14, 1999, in Braggs. She married Douglas LANDERS Oct. 20,1 987, in Muskogee. Survivors include her husband, Douglas LANDERS of the home; one daughter, Billye; two stepsons, Douglas A. and Milton R.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Marie SHEPHERD MASON, 76, of Fort Smith, Ark., died Monday, Nov. 15, 1999, in Fort Smith. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, with the Rev. Gilbert Pixley  officiating. Mrs. MASON was born Nov. 11, 1923, in Roland, to Alonzo Wizen Shepherd and Margaret Ellen (WILLIAMS) SHEPHERD. She married Charles Clifton MASON SR. Feb. 7, 1941, in Sallisaw. He preceded her in death Nov. 26, 1962.  Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Margaret Ellen and Dayton; one son and daughter-in-law, Charles C. and Nora L.; and three grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Arrangements are under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Graveside services for Thomas Jefferson"Tom" McCREIGHT, 87, of Vian were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian, with the Rev. James Ogden officiating. Mr. McCREIGHT was born Nov. 27, 1911, in the Bryant community, to James Madison McCREIGHT and Paralee  (GOODSON) McCREIGHT. He died Saturday, Nov. 13, 1999, in Vian. He married Hazel Maudie MILLER March 25, 1932, in Greenwood, Ark. She preceded him in death July 9, 1985. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Tommy Lee and Barbara; one daughter and son-in-law, Joyce Ethlyn and Joe B.; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Burial was in Brushy Cemetery, north of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. McKINNEY was born Dec. 15, 1906, in the Brushy community, Sequoyah District, Oklahoma Indian Territory. He died Friday, Nov. 12, 1999, in Tulsa. He married Bessie BREWER March 10, 1929, in Marble City. She preceded him in death Aug. 28, 1975. He married his second wife, Myrtle Lena CASKEY Feb. 16, 1978 in Okemah. Survivors include his wife, Myrtle Lena Caskey McKINNEY; two daughters, Geraldine and Waneve; one grandson; three great-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; three great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Sally; one half-sister, Opal; and one half brother, Columbus.

Graveside services for Nora Izetta OWENS, 83, of Dewar were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Westlaw Cemetery in Henryetta, with the Rev. Jack Vance officiating. Mrs. OWENS was born Aug. 31, 1916, in Altoona, Kan., to Mary and William HATTABAUGH. She died Thursday, nov. 11, 1999, in Tulsa. She married Loyd OWENS Feb. 2, 1940, in Holdenville. He preceded her in death. Survivors include two sons, Johnny and Bobby; three daughters, Betty, Joyce and Phyllis; one sister, Bessie; eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Mrs. OWENS was also preceded in death by one sister, Addie CONNORS; one brother, Richard HATTABAUGH; and one grandson, Benny "Bo" MILAM.

Mr. ROBISON was born Dec. 22, 1932, in Gore, to Ed Franklin ROBISON and Hester Leota (KENDRICKS) ROBISON. He died Thursday, Nov. 11, 1999, at his home.  he married Ruth Ellen ROBISON Jan. 6, 1951, in Van Buren, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Ruth E. ROBISON of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Donna Sue and Ervan and Julie Roxane and Joe; one son and daughter-in-law, Roy Edward and Kerry; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Jewel, Connie and Helen.

Burial was in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service in Webbers Falls. Mr. SHANKS was born July 3, 1920, in Vian, to John Ed and Tressie (DOTSON) SHANKS. He died Thursday, Nov. 11, 1999, at his home. He married Stella POTEETE Feb. 23, 1943, in Muskogee. She preceded him in death in 1997. Augusta Lee STROUD, 66, of Fort Smith, Ark., died Friday, Nov; 12, 1999, in a nursing home. Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith. Survivors include his wife, Sandra of the home; three daughters, Christine Lee, Tina, and Brandy; two sons, Tommy and Kenneth; two brothers, George and Charles; three grandchildren; and many nieces.

Burial is in Roland City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow. Mr. YOUNGER was born April 16, 1916, in Bee Branch, Ark. He died Tuesday, Nov. 16,1 999, in Roland. He married Gladys Pauline ATKINSON Feb. 17, 1973, in Morrilton, Ark.  Survivors include his wife, Pauline YOUNGER of the home; one stepdaughter, Ann; two stepsons, Sonny and Kenneth; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Bertha; and several nieces and nephews.

Burial is in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mrs. WEST was born July 6, 1927, in the New Hope community, to Ules Edward HADDOX and Rosa Lee (WYLIE) HADDOX. She died Wednesday, Nov. 17, 1999, in Fort Smith, Ark. She married Gary Ben WEST Dec. 26, 1950, in Hobbs, N.M. Survivors include her husband, Ben WEST of the home; one daughter, Terry Lee, two sons, Gary and Brian; six grandchildren; two brothers, Noble and Bennie; and one aunt, Minnie.

Erma FIELDS WILLIAMS, 80, of Hillside, Ill., formerly of Vian, died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 1999, in Hillside. Funeral services are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Vian, with the Rev. Eugene Wright officiating. Burial is in Roselawn Cemetery in Vian, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. WILLIAMS was born April 6, 1919, in Vian, to Archie and Della (LaRUE) FIELDS. Survivors include one daughter, Maxine; one grandson; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Certest; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.  Mrs. WILLIAMS was preceded in death by her husband, R.T. WILLIAMS.

Mrs. YOUNG was born April 21, 1905, in Sequoyah District, Oklahoma Indian Territory, to John and Rebecca Louise DOBBS. She died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 1999, in Oklahoma City. She married W.E. YOUNG April 2, 1925, in Sallisaw. He preceded her in death Oct. 31, 1993. Survivors include one daughter, Janice Inez; one son, Charles Edward; one daughter-in-law, Wilma; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one sister, Edith Mae; two brothers, Marion E. and Oscar H.; and several nieces nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Mrs. YOUNG was also preceded in death by one son, William Edgar YOUNG JR.

Mr. CUPP was born March 2, 1943, in Marble City, to Carnell and Neoma (KENNEDY) CUPP. He died Sunday, Nov. 21, 1999, in Muldrow. Survivors include three sons, Michael, Roy and Chip; one daughter, Brandy; three sisters, Shirley, Ann and Debbie; and three brothers, Johnny, Clinton, and Charlie. Graveside services for Lillie Alpha HULL, 4, of the Tucker community were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Short Mountain Cemetery, northwest of Spiro, with the Rev. Tommy Parker officiating.  Mrs. HULL was born April 10, 1905, in Sequoyah District, Oklahoma Indian Territory, to Levi and Birdie (WEAVER) GRAHAM. She died Saturday, Nov. 20, 1999, in Spiro.  She married Jim Franklin HULL July 24, 1936, in Spiro. He preceded her in death July 21, 1976. Survivors include two sons, Wayne and Brad; one stepdaughter, Dorothy; two stepsons, Bob and Wendal; five grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Alta, Lorene and Juanita. Mrs. HULL was also preceded in death by five stepsons, Leota, Curtis, Willard, T.G. and Arvel HULL. Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Burial is in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. MYERS was born April 27, 1919, in Sallisaw, to Benton S. and Bertha (BRADLEY) MYERS. He died Sunday, Nov. 14, 1999, in Fort Smith, Ark.  On Oct. 30, 1945, he married Bernice GARVIN in Oklahoma City. Survivors include his wife, Bernice of the home; four nieces; and four nephews. Mr. MYERS was preceded in death by one son, Gary James MYERS in 1987; and two brothers, Posey and Bradley MYERS.

Mrs. PAGE was born March 16, 1934, in Gans, to David Franklin BETHEL and Mildred (FISHER) BETHEL. She died Thursday, Nov. 18, 1999, in Leesburg. She married David Mac PAGE  Feb. 17, 1959, in Atlanta, Ga. Survivors include her husband, David of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Deann and Brian; one son and daughter-in-law, Adrain and Susan; four grandsons; her mother, Mildred; one brother, Lander; one sister, Wanda; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.  

Graveside services for Wilma B. ROGERS, 93, of Sallisaw are being held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hobart Rose Cemetery in Hobart, with the Rev. Travis Carlson officiating.  Mrs. ROGERS was born Sept. 27, 1906, in Cheyenne, Oklahoma Indian Territory, to William and Nancy (WAKEFIELD) CARBAUGH. She died Sunday, Nov. 21, 1999, in Sallisaw. She married Doyle ROGERS April 11, 1929, in Fredrick. He preceded her in death Dec. 28, 1986. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Roy W. and Wanda; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. Arrangements are under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Laura TERRY, 88, of Fort Smith, Ark., died Friday, Nov. 19, 1999, in a local hospital. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith. Burial was in Forest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith. Survivors include two sons, Bill and Jimmy; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Terry was preceded in death by her husband, E. A. TERRY.

Harding C. THORPE SR., 79, of Sulphur died Saturday, Nov. 20, 1999, at Oklahoma Veterans Center in  Sulphur. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Assembly of god Church in Sulphur, with the Rev. Lesslie Thompson Jr., officiating. Burial was in Oaklawn Cemetery in Sulphur, under the direction of Cowley-Krien Funeral Home in Sulphur. Mr. THORPE was born June 1, 1920, in Hugo, to Grover and Betsy (ROBERTS) THORPE. Survivors include his wife, Mary THORPE, two sons, Harding C. "Jay" Jr., and Jim: two daughters, Glenda and Brenda; two sisters, Leona and Rosa Lee; one half-sister, Kay; 14 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Oletha May WOLFORD, 68, of Muldrow died Sunday, Nov. 21, 1999, in Fort Smith, Ark. Graveside services are being held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mitchell Cemetery west of Muldrow, with Dr. Lee Woodard officiating.  Mrs. WOLFORD was born Aug. 21, 1931, in Oklahoma City, to Edwin Jacob HUSSFELDT and Lula May (WILLIAMSON) HUSSFELDT.  She married John B. WOLFORD in 1978 in Clinton. He preceded her in death in 1983. Survivors include two daughters, Anna M. and Harmony Joann; three stepdaughters, Betty, Shirley, and Linda; one stepson, Joseph; one sister, Dorothy; two brothers, Edwin and Henry; 17 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Harley WOODS, 68., of Spiro died Monday, Nov. 22, 1999, in a Fort Smith, Ark., hospital. Funeral services are being held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Eastside Full Gospel Church in Spiro, with the Rev. Wesley McLaughlin officiating.  Burial is in New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Spiro. Mr. WOODS was born May 26, 1931, in Spiro, to Charlie and Rose (HARPER) WOODS. Survivors include his wife, Lola (MAYABB) WOODS of the home; three daughters, Sandra, Donna and Marilyn; two sons, Harold and Steve; two sisters, Livia and Ola Lee; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Jimmy Waldrop officiating.  Mrs. WOODS was born Feb. 2, 1916, in Braden, to Robert Lee CHANDLER and Mary Ellen (REED) CHANDLER. She died Sunday, Nov. 21, 1999, in Fort Smith, Ark.  Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, James and Cletus; two stepdaughters, Clara and May; one granddaughter; and one great-grandson. Mrs. WOODS was preceded in death by her husband, James WOODS; her parents; four brothers, Frank, Ernest, Henry and Warren CHANDLER; and one sister, Lillian NICHOLS. Survivors include two sons, Todd and Tim; three daughters, Linda, Brenda and Teresa; one brother, Woodrow; two sisters, Laura and Irene; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
