Funeral services for Larry Lloyd BABER JR. 54, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with the Revs. Harlon Brake, Carl Page and Kenton Rowe officiating. Burial was in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. Baber was born Jan. 8, 1944 in Tulsa to the Rev. Amos Alvaloyd and Verna Dell (DAVIDSON) BABER.he died Tuesday, April 28, 1998, in Sallisaw. He married Beverly Ann Huls, April 22, 1966 in Chelsea. Survivors include his wife, Beverly; two daughters, Jeanie and DeAnn; two sons Clifford and Chris; three grandchildren; two sisters, Tina Wiliams and Cathy Strong and one brother Roger Baber. Mr. Baber was preceded in death by his father in 1994.

Funeral services for Leta Imogene BARNES, 61, Gore are being held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Lighthouse Tabernacle in Gore, with the Rev. Bill Armstrong officiating. Burial is in White Chapel Cemetery, northwest of Gore. Ms. Barnes was born July 2, 1936, in Tahlequah, to Edd and Mary Etta (SKINNER) BARNES. She died Wednesday, April 29, 1998 in Gore. Survivors include her mother, one sister Inez; four brothers, John Barnes , George BARNES , Eddie BARNES and Glen BARNES and several other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for James H. KELLOGG, 75, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Monroe Cemetery. Mr. KELLOGG was born Aug 26, 1922 in Monroe, to Henry Oscar and Etta STROUD KELLOGG. He died Wednesday, April 29, 1998, in Sallisaw. He married Rebecca Joann MCGAHAN Nov. 17, 1968, in Oklahoma City. Survivors include his wife, Rebecca of the home; three daughters, Marjorie, Neveda, and Mary; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Opal and Dolly; four brothers, Lum, Miles, Lawson, and George. Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Funeral services for Ernest Oliver "Stag" RENFRO, 72, of Sallisaw are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Revs. Dale Phelps and Vernon Smith officiating. Burial is in Fleetwood Cemetery, east of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. RENFRO was born Jan. 5, 1926, in Sallisaw, to Ed and Mary Evaline "Mae" (SCOGGINS) RENFRO. He died Wednesday, April 29, 1998, in Fort Smith, Ark. He married Imogene FURR Feb. 16, 1944, in Gans. Survivors include his wife, Imogene of the home; three daughters, Mary, Paula and Shirley; six sons, Eugene, James Henry, Donald Lee, John Wayne, Clarence Edward, and George Nealy; 27 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; three sisters, Lena, Melba and Leda; three brothers, Ed, Herschel and James.

Tincie Lou Terry (LEWIS) BATCHELOR, 75, former Headrick resident, died Saturday at Jackson County Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness. Graveside rites are set for 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Navajoe Cemetery with pastor Jan Oden officiating. Services are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home. Batchelor was born March 25, 1923 in Bethel, OK, to James Lee and Evalena (Duncan) Lewis. In June 1940, she married G.H. Batchelor. They lived most of their life in this area since moving here from McCurtain county. She lived in Headrick many years. Batchelor was a nurse for the Jackson County Memorial Hospital, retiring in 1989. Following her retirement, she made her home in Altus. She was a member of the Family Worship Center in Altus. Batchelor is preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters, including her twin brother Tommy Lewis. Graveside services for Ollie N. CANTRELL, 77, of Sallisaw are being held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Jamison Cemetery, near Meeker, with the Rev. Richard Girkin officiating. Mrs. CANTRELL was born May 17, 1920, in Oklahoma, to Ashley "Jake" ARNOLD and Nettie (MOODY) ARNOLD. She died Monday, May 4, 1998, in Sallisaw. She married Johnnie Lloyd CANTRELL October 1936, in Oklahoma. He preceded her in death Feb. 4, 1968. Survivors include four sons, John H., Ernest, William and James; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Earl and Vernon; Mrs. CANTRELL was also preceded in death by one brother, Roy Arnold and one sister, Nina CANTRELL. Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Funeral services for Odie Wesley DAVIS, 52, of Muldrow were held at 2. p.m. Tuesday at Agent Chapel in Muldrow. Burial was in Liberty Cemetery, north of Roland, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. DAVIS was born Aug. 20, 1945, in Muldrow, to Oda W. and Lena Bell (MURRAY) DAVIS. He died Friday, May 1, 1998, in Sallisaw. He married Mildred Irene CRAIN in 1978 in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Mildred; one daughter Lee Ellen; two sons, James Wesley and Albert Lee; two grandchildren; eight sisters, Ellen, Amanda Rosalee, Shirley, Patsy Ruth, Joyce Jean, Sheila Jean, Judy, and Vicki Lucille; and three brothers, Henry, Otis Lee, and Wesley.

Funeral services for Herbert H. "Skeet" JONES, 85, of Sallisaw were held at 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Sallisaw, with Dr. Mike Taylor officiating. Burial was in Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. JONES was born Dec. 22, 1912, in the Lone Oak community, to William Riley and Maud Bell (OLIVER) JONES. He died Friday, May 1, 1998, in Fort Smith, Ark. He married Rebecca Evelyn WHITE, June 1, 1940, in Hot Springs, Ark. Survivors include his wife Rebecca of the home; one daughter, LaDonna; one son, Bobby; three grandchildren; two sisters, Irene and Opal and one brother, Raymond.

Graveside services of Moses L. LANGLEY, 39, of Muldrow were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Belfonte Cemetery, with the Rev. Levi Eagle and Doug Martin officiating. Mr. LANGLEY was born Dec. 25, 1958, in Talihina, to Amberse and Mary LANGLEY. He died Sunday, May 3, 1998, in a Fort Smith, Ark. hospital. Survivors include his mother, Mary; three sisters, Linda, Ollie and Darlene; and three brothers, William, Emery and Daniel. Mr. LANGLEY was preceded in death by his father, Ambrese LANGLEY, and one brother, Ronald LANGLEY. Arrangements were under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Graveside services for Vernon McNABB, 60, of Roland were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Roland City Cemetery, with the Rev. John Wainwright officiating. Mr. McNABB was born Oct. 27, 1937, in Purcell to Ernest Edward and Bertha Mae (BENCE) McNABB. He died Thursday, April 30, 1998, at his home. He married JoAnn M. MYSHRALL, April 26, 1957, in Marysville, Calif. Survivors include his wife, JoAnn of the home; two daughters, Victoria Mae and Toni Ann; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Bobby; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. McNABB was preceded in death by one son, Vernon E. MCNABB JR. in 1997. Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Burial will be in Cottonwood Cemetery, southeast of Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. ROWLAND was born Feb. 9, 1911, in Hector, Ark., to Samuel Lee and Ester Clementine (HURLEY) ROWLAND . He died Sunday May 3, 1998 in Roland. He married Imogene B. ANGEL, Feb. 25, 1939, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include his wife Imogene of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, James Richard and Mark; two granddaughter, Jennifer and Angela;

Service for Kemberly Kay STOGNER, 36, of Wanette will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Blue Ribbon Downs Fellowship Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Rev. Jerry Green officiating. Mrs. STOGNER was born Feb. 12, 1962 in Moore, to Merle and Patti GIBSON. She died Friday, May 1, 1998, in Sallisaw. She married James Herschell STOGNER, June 6, 1984, in Raton, N.M. Survivors include her husband, James of the home; one son, Mathew Cade; her parents, one sister, Carol; one brother, George; and other relatives and friends. Arrangements are under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Funeral services for Juanita L. TABOR, 57, of Muldrow were held at 11 a.m. at Victory Temple Pentecostal Church in Muldrow with the Rev. Andy O'Neal officiating. Burial was in Lee's Chapel Cemetery South of Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. TABOR was born Dec. 26, 1940, in Paw Paw Bottoms, to D. T. Duck and Hazel Lucille (OWENS) TUCK. She died Sunday, May 3, 1998, in Fort Smith, Ark. She married Donald TABOR Sept 12, 1974 in Muldrow. Survivors include her husband, Donald of the home; four daughters, Nancy, Dorothy, Darlene and Debbie; three sons, Harvey, Rodney and Frankie; 11 grandchildren; her mother; her father; four sisters, Shirley, Christine, Brenda and Vicki; five brothers, Bobby, Herbert, Marvin, Bill and Don. Mrs. TABOR was preceded in death by one grandson Mason WEIR.

Funeral services for Eurica B. WOLFE, 93, of Muldrow were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith. Burial was in Lee's Chapel Cemetery, near Muldrow. Mrs. WOLFE died Thursday April 30, 1998, at a Fort Smith hospital. Survivors include two daughters, Juanita and Norma; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Loyd "Mac" McELHANEY, 58, of Vian will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Agent Chapel in Gore, with the Rev. Thomas Still officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Cemetery, northwest of Gore, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. McELHANEY was born July 24, 1939, in Cherokee County, to George and Maggie (BIRDTAIL) McELHANEY. He died Tuesday, May 5, 1998, in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife, Rose; one daughter, Machelle; two grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Angelyn; six sisters, Lucille, Lola, Nancy, Ida, Jessie and Brenda; four brothers, Albert, Jerry, Silas and Clifford; his mother, Maggie.

Graveside services for James Edward TRAMMELL, 63, of Vian were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Box cemetery with the Rev. William O. Armstrong officiating. Mr. TRAMMELL was born Feb. 8, 1935, in Pindell, Ark., to James Walter TRAMMELL and Anna May (FOWLER) TRAMMELL. He died Thursday, May 7, 1998, in Little Rock, Ark. He married Carol June DARLING Oct. 30, 1976, in Blackgum. Survivors include his wife Carol of the home; one son, Robert; four daughters, Betty, Ruth, Patti and Karen; 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; his mother, Anna May; three brothers, Ivan W., Leon, and Salmon Russell; two sisters, Zella and Cora; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Lawrence "Larry" Matthews AGENT, 50, of Norman will be held at 2 p.m. at McFarlin Memorial United Methodist Church in Norman. Mr. AGENT was born Aug. 4, 1947, in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, to Watie N. (Jack) and Lillian Irene (MATTHEWS) AGENT. He died Tuesday, May 12, 1998 in Norman. He was a member of the McFarlin Memorial United Methodist Church. He married Judith Diane FREELAND, Aug 29, 1970, in Norman.
Survivors include his wife Judy ; two daughters, Megan Irene and Kristian Diane; one son, William Matthews "Will"; and two brothers, Neal and Cooper.. Mr. Agent was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Dorothy Jane BAKER. Memorial may be made to the Lou Gehrig Disease Foundation. Arrangements are under the direction of Agents Funeral Home in Sallisaw and Primrose Funeral Home in Norman.

Funeral services for John Stephen CARLILE, II, 65, of Tahlequah were held at 1 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church in Tahlequah with Bro. Ronnie Rice officiating.  Burial was in Sallisaw City  Cemetery, under the direction of Green Country Funeral Home in Tahlequah.  Mr. CARLILE was born Jan. 31, 1933 in Sallisaw to Nila Stephen Jack and Pauline (YOUNG) CARLILE.  Survivors include his wife, Patricia (RANEY) CARLILE of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Kaye and Ralph and Jean Anne and Brad; two sons, Nila  and John Stephen III; eight grandchildren; and other relatives and  friends.

Funeral services for Daisy Mae CHUCULATE, 74, of Marble City are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Marble City School gym, with the Revs. Clifton Pettit and Tom Hawkins officiating. Burial is in Flute Springs Cemetery, north of Marble City under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. CHUCULATE was born May 26, 1923, in Adair County, to George and Mary ROGERS JOHNSON. She died May 10, 1998. Survivors include her husband Watt Charles CHEATER of the home; five daughters and four sons-in-laws; one son and daughter-in-law, ; four step-children; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Annie and Lorene and several, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. Mrs. CHUCULATE was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Earl JOHNSON and one son-in-law, George LOCUST.  

Funeral services for Charlotte Allene "Lottie" HEFLEY, 86, of Gore were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Gore United Methodist Church with Bill Buttran officiating. Burial was in White Cemetery, northwest of Gore, under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. HEFLEY was born July 20, 1911, in Gore to William Eli and Minnie (TYNER) CARTER. She died Saturday, May 9, 1998, in a Broken Arrow Nursing Home. She married Maxie E. HEFLEY in Feb. 1928. They were married more than 65 years. He preceded her in death Dec. 27, 1993.
Survivors include one daughter, Virginia; four sons, Frank M., Charles, Bobby M.and Carl G.; one sister, Frankie; one brother, Floyd; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Mrs. HEFLEY was preceded in death by one son.

Funeral services for Raymond Jack JILES, 82, of Hanson are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Rev. Monroe Lowrimore officiating. Burial is in Fleetwood Cemetery, east of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. JILES was born Nov. 22, 1915, in Sequoyah County, to Tildie J. and Myrtle (CROW) JILES. He died Monday, May 11, 1998, in Sallisaw. He married Margaret WALKER March 27, 1937, in Hanson, She preceded him in death July 28, 1997. Survivors include two daughters, Anna Doris and Wanda; three sons, Bernell, Raymond and Jackie Dean; 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Nettie and Emma; two brothers, Olen,and Kenneth.

Services for Wayne D. WATTS, 76 of Sallisaw are being held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw. Burial follows at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home. The Rev. Judith Liljestrand is officiating at the service. He was born to Clinton Cleveland WATTS and Sidonia Loftin WATTS on Nov. 8, 1921, in Sallisaw. He and his wife, Iris C. LEACH WATTS were married May 5, 1946, in Sallisaw. She survives. Other survivors include three daughters, Susie, Shirley and Mary; four grandchildren, Katie, Emily, Tabie and Alxa; one sister, Cletis WATTS; one sister-in-law, Cleo; Mr. WATTS was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Loftin "Tige" WATTS in 1985.

Funeral services for Annie Laura STEWART ASBILL, 91, of Warner are being held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Agent Funeral Chapel in Sallisaw with the Rev. Don Duvall officiating. Burial is in Northview Cemetery, 12 miles northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mrs. ASBILL was born April 18, 1907, in Indian Territory, Akins community, to Edward and Alice (FULLBRIGHT) STEWART. She died Thursday, May 14, 1998, in Muskogee Regional Medical Center. She married Joseph Arthur ASBILL in May 1924 in Sallisaw. He preceded her in death Oct. 11, 1975. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Okemah and D. R.; one granddaughter and her husband, Joanna and Max; one grandson, Jerry Lee; three great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Mrs. ASBILL was also preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.

Funeral services for Lorene E. COKER, 71, of Muldrow, were held at 2 p.m. Friday at First Assembly of God Church in Muldrow, with the Revs. Mark Merrill and Tim Ohls officiating. Burial was in Blackjack Cemetery, northwest of Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. COKER was born Jan. 16, 1927, in Muldrow, to Joseph Elbert and Hattie Florence (WILLIAMS) PRATT. She died Tuesday May 12, 1998, in Fort Smith, Ark. She married Sidney D. COKER Nov. 4, 1950, in Ozark, Ark. Survivors include her husband, Sid of the home; one son, Danny; two grandchildren.

Graveside services for Lessie RICHARDSON FRANKS, 87, of Oklahoma City, formerly of Sallisaw, are being held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Brushy Cemetery with Tim Perkins officiating. Mrs. FRANKS was born Dec. 29, 1910, in Okemah, to Sydney and Lura (CLINKENBEARD) RICHARDSON. She died Wednesday, May 13, 1998, in Bethany. Survivors include two brothers, Delbert and Logan; Mrs. FRANKS was preceded in death by her husband, Howard FRANKS, sister, Essie PHILPOT; and brothers, Floyd, Boyd, Truman and Theodore RICHARDSON. Arrangements are under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw. .

Graveside services for Lettie Mae HONEYCUTT, 84, of Webbers Falls are being held at 10 a.m. Thursday at San Bois Cemetery, north of Kinta, with the Rev. Tommy HONEYCUTT officiating. Mrs. HONEYCUTT was born July 15, 1913, in Haskell County, to Arthur and Sarah A. SANDLIN. She married Kirby HONEYCUTT Nov. 20, 1929, in Haskell County. He preceded her in death May 13, 1974. Survivors include eight sons, Truman, Don Earl, Herman, Orville, Lawrence, Kenneth, David, and Larry; and six daughters Bernice, Delores, Cathy, Alleane, Doris, and Marilyn; 64 grandchildren; 94 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; four brothers, Horace, Ed, Lee and Silas,; Mrs. HONEYCUTT was also preceded in death by four sons, Floyd Wayne, Doyle, Dewey Edward, and Charles Wayne.

Mr. Henry H. MARTIN former Sallisaw resident and businessman, died May 11, 1998, in Mission Viejo, Calif.  Born in Holcomb, Miss., on May 22, 1912. He married Margaret OSBURN, on Oct. 31, 1930. He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Roy FRYE Jr., sister-in-law, Catherine "Kay" FRYE, and nephew, Mike FRYE, all of Sallisaw. Survivors are his wife, Margaret; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Jack; and niece, Dianne. Mr. MARTIN's final resting place will be in Sallisaw City Cemetery where he will be interred under the direction of Agent Funeral Home with no services planned.

Funeral services for Nelson Sam SEVENSTAR, 80 , of Moffett are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Belfonte Church, with Harold Yates and Martin Cochran officiating. Burial is in Belfonte Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. SEVENSTAR was born May 8, 1918, in Belfonte, to Atsie and Sawnee (TOBACCOWILL) SEVENSTAR. He died Tuesday, May 12, 1998, in a Fort Smith, Ark. Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Mildred of the home; two daughters, Eva and Connie; two sons, Leon and Ray Dean; two brothers, Frank and Sammy; 18 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Mr. SEVENSTAR was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and six brothers.

Funeral services for Rosella TEEHEE, 95, of Vian were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Redbird Smith Ceremonial Grounds, north of Vian, with David TEEHEE officiating. Burial was in Redbird Smith Cemetery, north of Vian, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. TEEHEE was born Feb. 8, 1903, in Blackgum to Dekanny and Susie (SMITH) WATERS. She died May 13, 1998, in Vian. She married Charlie TEEHEE in 1936 in Vian. Survivors include two sons, David and Johnson; two daughters, Nina Lou and Nineteen; 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Ruby Irene WINNOW, 74, of Muldrow died Wednesday, May 13, 1998, in Muldrow. She was born Aug. 8, 1923, in Paw Paw Central, to Pink Mack and Ada (JACKSON) WATTS. Survivors include two daughters, Diane and Marilyn; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Funeral services for Mary BICKELL, 82, of Muskogee will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Trinity United Methodist Church in Muskogee, with the Revs. John Derr and J. D. Ward officiating. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery in Muskogee, under the direction of Foster-Petering Funeral Home in Muskogee. Mrs. BICKEL was born July 18, 1915, in Salina, to Fred and Tina (CROUCH) WILLIAMS. She died Monday, May 18, 1998, at Eastgate Village Retirement Center in Muskogee. She married Logan W. BICKEL, June 17, 1939, in Wichita, Kan. Survivors include her husband Logan of the home; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Tony R. , Don and Linda; one granddaughter, Sara; two sisters, Anna Lee and Betty; special niece, Drenda.

Funeral services for Rider DAUGHTERTY, 71, of Muldrow, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Belefonte Baptist Church, with Martin Cochran officiating. Burial was in Belfonte Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. DAUGHERTY was born Nov. 24, 1926, in Belefonte, to Jack and Bertha (WASHINGTON) DAUGHERTY. He died Sunday, May 17, 1998, at his home. Survivors include one sister, Mary Ann; and one brother, George. Mr. DAUGHERTY was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Maggie BUFFINGTON, and one nephew, Davie Lee BUFFINGTON.

Graveside services for Idona JOBE, 75, of Vian were held Thursday at Leavenworth, National Cemetery in Fort Leavenworth, Kan. Mrs. JOBE was born April 13, 1923, in Kansas, to Alfred and Gladys (BLOSSOM) TAYLOR. She died Saturday, May 16, 1998, in the Vian Nursing Home. Survivors include a foster daughter, Silvia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Raymond JOBE in 1980. Arrangements were under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Funeral services for Leroy JOHNSON, 89, of Roland are being held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Shady Grove Baptist Church, with Daniel Clayton officiating. Burial is in Lattimore Cemetery, south of Roland, under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. JOHNSON was born Aug. 19, 1908, in Paw Paw to Redrick and Sarah Jane (DUNN) JOHNSON. He died Friday, May 15, 1998, in a Fort Smith, Ark. hospital. A farmer, Mr. JOHNSON was a member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include two sisters-in-law, Roberta and Ocie; seven nieces, and two nephews; Mr. JOHNSON was preceded  in death by one sister, Emma and three brothers, Todd, Redrick and Isaiah.

Memorial services for Allie WILSON, 93, of Dallas, formerly of Sallisaw, will be held June 25, at the First Baptist Church in Dallas, in Embry Hall. Mrs. WILSON was born June 25, 1904. She died Thursday, May 14, 1998. She married Clyde WILSON, a Sallisaw native, April 18, 1931, in Dallas. He preceded her in death. Survivors include one daughter, Joy; one grandson, Bill; one brother, Samuel; three sisters, Vesta, Dora, and Marjorie and numerous other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Bessie E. EVANS, 85, formerly of Short Mountain, are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory-Funeral Home in Spiro. Mrs. EVANS died May 23, 1998, in Greenbrier Center in Enid. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Clifford; one son and daughter-in-law, Lonnie and Janis ; two sisters, Jimmie and Geraldine; one brother, Preston; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild; Mrs. EVANS was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie EVANS, SR., one brother, Odie HARTSELL, and one grandson, Terry EVANS.

Mrs. Bridget FILBIN died Monday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John KREIGSHAUSER, of Thomas. Death caused by diabetes. Funeral Services at Thomas, interment at Catholic Cemetery near Hydro. Survived by two sons, Patrick and Walter and one daughter.

Funeral services for Roland L. FUNKHOUSER, 81, of Crescent will be May 29 at the First United Methodist Church of Crescent, burial at Highland Cemetery in Pawnee under the direction of Abernathy Funeral Home. FUNKHOUSER was born Jan. 26, 1917, in Skedee, Okla. He died May 26, at his home in Crescent.

Burial is in Marble City Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. HONEYCUTT was born Sept. 2, 1914, in Elba, Ark., to Phillip and Almeta (FRYMAN) HONEYCUTT. He died Saturday, May 23, 1998, in Sequoyah Manor Nursing Home in Sallisaw. He married Rebecca MCHENRY on March 10, 1944. Survivors include his wife Rebecca "Jean" of the home; three daughters, Elaine, Joyce and Jennie; two sons, Teddy and Dean; two sisters, Molly and Mae; three brothers, Ed, William and Dave; 16 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Memorial services for Celia "Terry" HUNTER, 62, of Sallisaw will be held June 4, 1998, at Coronado, Calif. Mrs. HUNTER was born Feb. 28, 1936, in Worchester, Mass, to Wallace W. and Celia (KINGMAN) ATWOOD. She died May 25, 1998, in Coronodo. Survivors include her husband, Gerald; one daughter Celia; two sons, Wayne and Ben; two grandsons, Austin and Broc; her mother Celia K.; and one brother, Wallace. Cremation is under the direction of Neptune Society of California.

Mr. LEWIS was born Sept. 22, 1920, in Muldrow, to Fount Elza and Lou Vennie (LEE) LEWIS. He died Monday, May 25, 1998, in Fort Smith, Ark. He married Ruby Jerell SINGLETON, Oct. 5, 1940, in Sequoyah County. Survivors include his wife, Ruby of the home; three daughters, Judy, Linda and Faye; seven sons, Jimmy, Tommy, Ronnie, Donnie, Eddie, Lloyd, and Robert;; 28 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; one sister, Ruby; and three brothers, Fred, Tom and E. J.; Mr. LEWIS was preceded in death by one son Jackie LEWIS and one daughter, Diana Gail LEWIS.

Bobby Johnson and Charlotte Holt officiating. Burial was in the U. S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark., under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. WACKERLY was born Feb. 28, 1937, in Hanson, to Clark Oliver "Bill" and Ruth Susie (Dutchie) HOPPIS WACKERLY. He died Thursday, May 21, 1998, in Garland. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Larry, Diana and James; one son, Donald Ray; three grandchildren; two sisters Doris, and Charlotte; two brothers, Clark O. and Jimmy.

Mr. KLINE was born May 11, 1943, in Baltimore, Md., to Albert Cleveland KLINE JR. and Hilda Eileen (SHULTZ) KLINE. He died Tuesday May 26, 1998, in Tulsa. She died Wednesday, May 27, 1998, in Fort Smith, Ark. She married Dwight Oscar NEWBERRY, Nov. 26, 1929, in Hannibal, Mo. He preceded her in death Nov. 28, 1982.
