Funeral services  for Bernice M. DOBBS, 76, of Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Mallory-Wheeler Chapel in Sallisaw, with Rodney Roberson officiating.  Burial was, in Maple Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mrs. DOBBS was born Aug. 7, 1922, in Muldrow, to William Watie MAYFIELD  and  Violet (CUDD) MAYFIELD.    She died  Tuesday, Dec. 29, 1998, at  Grace Living Center in Muskogee. Survivors include two daughters, Sharon and Linda; one son and daughter-in-law,  Donald and Linda; one sister, Muriel; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.  Mrs. DOBBS  was preceded in death by her husband, William Lafayette "Fate" DOBBS May 21, 1984, her parents, one son,  Bill and one sister, Anna GIPSON.

Graveside services for Charles Lloyd NIX, 79, of Fort Smith, Ark., were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at U. S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith.  Mr. NIX  died  Wednesday, 30, 1998, in a  Fort Smith hospital.  Survivors include one daughter, Ann; one son, Charles Richard; four grandchildren; and three great-grandsons.  Mr. NIX was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Louise NIX.

Funeral services for Bonnie Shermer DeWitt BEEN, 90, of Little Rock, Ark., were held at 11 a.m.  Wednesday at Edwards Fuenral Home Chapel in Fort Smith, Ark.  Burial was in Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith.  Mrs. BEEN died Saturday, Jan. 2, 1999, in Little Rock.  In addition to her husband, Ted R. BEEN, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Olta Jo and Joel; two grandsons; and two great-granddaughters.

Funeral services for Teddy R. HALL, 76, of Fort Smith, Ark., are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith.  Burial is in New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, under the  direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith.  Mr. HALL died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 1999, in a nursing home.  Survivors include his wife, Juanita; five daughters, Shirley, Martha, Linda, Oplamae   and Bonnie; three sons, John, Larry and Doyle; four step-daughters, Wanda, Gail, Judy and Brenda; four step-sons, Buddy, Larry,  Burel and Jerry; two brothers, Ike and  Rev. Wayne; 34 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Nina Lorene LEE, 58, of Webbers Falls were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Baptist Church in Sallisaw, with the Revs. Roger Thompson of Okemah and Monty Baggett of Ardmore officiating.   Burial was in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mrs. LEE was born June 30, 1940, in rural Sequoyah County to Jack (Duck) WOLFE and and Minnie Mae YOUNG.  She died Saturday, Jan. 2, 1999.   She married Bob Dean LEE Nov. 5, 1963, in Las Vegas, Nev.  Survivors include her husband, Bob LEE of the home; two daughters, DaNece and Glennis; five sons and three daughters-in-law, Jack, Jarrod and Shannon, and Michael , Jeff and Tammie, and James and Laurel; nine grandchildren;  one sister,  Flora Louis; two brothers, Billy Cecil and Eddie Grant; and many friends.   Mrs. LEE was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Paul  Allen WOLFE, and one  infant grandchild, Jeff LEE.

Funeral services for Michel Damon MCDONALD, 21, of Alma, Ark.,  will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw.  Burial will be in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mr. MCDONALD  was born Jan. 6, 1977, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Fred Hershel MCDONALD and Jo Helen (HANNA) MCDONALD.  He died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 1999, at Myrtle Beach, S.C.  Survivors include his parents,  Fred and Jo Helen MCDONALD; two sisters, Lisa and Amelia; his grandfather, A. H. MCDONALD; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Cecil Tom TONEY SR., 78, of Warner were held at 2  p.m. Saturday at Oak Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Charles Thompson officiating. Burial was in Famous Toney Cemetery, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls.  Mr. TONEY was born June 29, 1920, in Porum, to Famous and Della (SHOEMAKE) TONEY.  He died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 1998, at Warner.   Survivors include Cleo TONEY; 10 children,  Alice, Jim, Bruce, Cindy, Cecil Jr., Janie, David, Jake Jerry and Brenda; four sisters, Pauline,  Dolly, Angie and Wanda; 40 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Gussie WHITSETT, 86, of Fort Smith, Ark., were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Fentress Mortuary Chapel in Fort Smith.  Burial was in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Fort Smith, under the direction of Fentress Mortuary of Fort Smith.  Mrs. WHITSETT  died Sunday, Jan. 3, 1999, in a Roland nursing home.  Survivors include one daughter, Lois; one son, Doyle;  one sister, Goldie; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Dakota Wayne AARON, infant son of Larry Duane AARON and Karen Lee (LOWRIMORE) AARON of Celesta, were held at 10 a.m. Friday at Akins Assembly of God Church. Burial was in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral home in Sallisaw. The infant was born Dec. 15, 1998, in Muskogee and died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1999, in Sallisaw. Survivors include his parents, Larry and Karen AARON of the home; two brothers, Warren and Scotty; one sister, Kimberly; one nephew; maternal grandparents, Wendell and June LOWRIMORE; maternal great-grandmother, Othel LOWRIMORE; paternal grandmother, Evelyn PITTS; and paternal grandfather, Bruce AARON.

Graveside services for  Joe BISHOP SR., 88, of Keota were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Liberty Cemetery near Muldrow, with the Rev. Steve Gray officiating.  Mr. BISHOP was born April 12, 1910, to Joe and Sarah Ann (JONES) BISHOP.  He died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1999, in a Stigler hospital.  He married Marie ROBISON Aug. 12, 1940, in Eufaula.  She died in 1993.    Survivors include four daughters, Pauly, Helen, Faye and Betty; five sons, Junior, Jessie, Charles, Johnny and Robby; one sister, Leva; 23 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.  Mr. BISHOP was also preceded in death by three sons, Jackie Ray BISHOP,  Joe Edward BISHOP and Jimmy Don BISHOP, and one daughter, Wanda  Jean BISHOP.  Arrangements are under the direction of King  & Shearwood Funeral Home in Stigler.

Funeral services for Robert "Bob" GREENWOOD, 89,  of Spiro are being held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Mallory Chapel in Spiro.  Burial is in New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Spiro.  Mr. GREENWOOD  died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999, in a Fort Smith (Arkansas) hospital.  Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Audra and Ralph and Laura and Charles; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.  Mr. GREENWOOD  was preceded in death by his parents, J. E. and Della (BAKER) GREENWOOD,  his wife, Bessie, two infant daughters, Alice and Fayette, one infant son, Bobby, one sister and three brothers.

Funeral services for John A. KIRK, 76, of Terre Haute, Ind., were held Dec. 28, 1998, at Roselawn Funeral Home in Terre Haute, with the Rev. Dick Smith officiating.  Burial was in Roselawn Memorial Park in Terre Haute. Mr. KIRK was born June 26, 1922, in Gore, to Simon E. KIRK and Linnie ATKINS KIRK.  He died Friday, Dec. 25, 1998, in Terre Haute Regional Hospital after a brief illness.   Survivors include one brother and sister-in-law, Robinson A. and Cornelia M.; one niece; one nephew; three great-nephews; one great-niece; two great-great-nephews; one great-great-niece; one brother-in-law, Joe H.; and one sister-in-law, Mary.   Mr. KIRK was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara (YOUNG) KIRK and his parents.

Funeral services for Edythe TYLER LACKEY, 91, of Sallisaw will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with Dr. Lee Woodard officiating.  Burial will be in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direcition of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.    Mrs.  LACKEY was born Aug. 25, 1907, in St. Joe, Ark., to Dr. P. A. TYLER and Elizabeth "Lizzie" (TAYLOR) TYLER.  She died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999, in Sallisaw.   She married Oda Lee LACKEY  Dec. 25, 1932, in Muskogee.  He preceded her in death March 14, 1967.    Survivors include one sister, Erma T.

Funeral services for Henry WOODS, 86, of Sallisaw are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Rev. John H. Ewart officiating.  Burial is in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.   Mr. WOODS was born April 18, 1912, in the Akins community, to Henry Wade WOODS and Junie Ellen (DENNY) WOODS.  He died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999 in Fort Smith, Ark.    He married Nancy Modene STEELY  June 30, 1934, in Sallisaw.   Survivors include his wife, Modene WOODS of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Helen and Kenneth, and Fran and Nelson; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Cora; and two brothers, Jess and Jack. Mr. WOODS was preceded in death by one daughter, Jo Ellen FLETCHER on April 30, 1994.

Funeral services for Katherine  Marie RAGSDALE BEARCE,  79, of Muldrow are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Assembly of God Church in Muldrow. with the Revs.  Mark Merrill and Freddie Howard officiating.  Burial is in Memory Garden Cemetery in Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow.  Mrs. BEARCE  was born July 19, 1919, in Muldrow, to John Henry RAGSDALE  and Orpha Ann (RAMEY)  RAGSDALE.  She died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 1999 in Muldrow.  She married Clyde Olen BEARCE Oct. 14, 1939, in Muldrow.  He preceded her in death June 8, 1995.  Survivors include one son and daughter-in law, James Everett and Annetta; one sister, Nora Mae; one brother, R. D. "Dale"; and several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Dale CHRISTOPHER, 56, of Sallisaw will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Rev. Carl Page and Bro. Fred Christopher officiating.  Burial will be in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mr. CHRISTOPHER  was born Nov. 14, 1942, in Muldrow, to Fred and Nina May (HAIL) CHRISTOPHER.  He died Sunday, Jan. 10, 1999, in South Bend, Ind.  He married Sharon Lavon NEAL Dec. 27, 1963, in Sallisaw.  Survivors include his wife, Sharon CHRISTOPHER of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sonya and Jerry, and DaNeal and Stone; four grandchildren; his father, three brothers, T. W., Garney and Kenneth; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.  Mr. CHRISTOPHER  was preceded in death by an infant son, Vincent Dale in 1965.

Funeral services for Julia Gay  GREEN, 76, of Scranton, Ark., were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Crossroads, near Paris, Ark.  Burial was in McKendree Cemetery in Scranton, under the direcition of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.   Mrs. GREEN died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999, in Clarksville, Ark.   Survivors include one daughter, Neva; six sons, Cecil, John, Neal, Terry, Gary and Murlo; five sisters, Ora Mae, Wanda, Kathryn, Geneva and Irene; one brother, Lamar; 24 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Wayne Buford HAMBERLIN, 78, of Fort Smith, Ark., were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Fentress Mortuary Chapel in Fort Smith.  Burial was in the National Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Fentress Mortuary in Fort Smith.  Mr. HAMBERLIN died Sunday, Jan. 10, 1999, in a local nursing home.   Survivors include his wife, Mattie "Pat" HAMBERLIN; three sons, Bruce, Troy and Larry; and four grandchildren.  

Graveside services for Effie Leta HUGHES, 86, of Roland, formerly of Heavener, are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Fairhill Cemetery in Cameron.  Mrs. HUGHES  was born April 12, 1912, in Hodgen, to John and Pearl BROOKS.  She died Sunday, Jan. 10, 1999, in Roland.  Survivors include three daughters, Frankie, Pearl Jean and Jo Leta; one son, Jerry; four sisters, Flora, Irene, Gertrude and Leona; seven grandchildren; and seven great -grandchildren.  Arrangements are under the direction of Dowden Funeral Home in Heavener.  

Graveside services for Vitah Marie LAND, 72, of Scranton, Ark., are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Ware's Chapel Cemetery-Dublin in Scranton, with the Rev. J. C. Kinder  officiating.  Mrs. LAND  was born April 22, 1926, in Sallisaw, to John Thomas TYLER and Ethel (LOWERY) TYLER.   She died Saturday, Jan. 9, 1999, in North Logan Mercy Hospital in Paris Ark.  Survivors include her husband, Francis LAND of Scranton; two daughters, Marie and Ann; four sons, David, Richard, Herbert and John; one sister, Eddye; one brother, Earl Eugene; 18 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.  Arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.  

Funeral services for Joe ROSS, 48, of  Burleson, Texas, formerly of Marble City were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at House of Praise in Marble City, with Azle Loyd and Jim Henson officiating.  Burial was in Flute Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mr. ROSS was born Sept. 15, 1950, in Little Rock, Ark., to J. J. LANGSTON and Mary Lou ROSS LANGSTON.   He died Friday, Jan. 8, 1999, in Fort Worth, Texas.  Survivors include four daughters,  Tamara and Paul, Donnie Gayohhi, Marsha and Sharla; one son and daughter-in-law, James and Debra; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Artilee, and Kay and Charlie; one brother, Jay; his mother; his father; and seven grandchildren.

Memorial services for Pat "Mom" WOOD, 67, of Fort Smith, Ark., were held at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Lewis Fuenral Chapel in Fort Smith.  Mrs. WOOD died Friday, Jan. 8, 1999, at her home.  Survivors include one daughter, Linda; one son, Robert; three sisters, Bertha, Ruby and Oma; one brother, Bob; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Ward officiating.  Burial was in Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mr. FOX was born Oct. 25, 1926, in Tahlequah, to Walter Landrum  FOX SR and May (RUSSELL) FOX.  He died Monday, Jan. 11, 1999, in  Fort Smith, Ark.  He married Bernice MERRILL Feb. 7, 1956, in Sayre.  Survivors include  his wife, Bernice M. FOX of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Robert; two grandsons; and one sister, Norma.

Funeral services for Dorothy  MABRY, 71, OF Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Way of the Cross Freewill Baptist Church, with the Rev. Marlin Douthit officiating.  Burial was in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mrs. MABRY was born Aug. 29, 1927, in Earlsboro, to Claud HALL SR. and Sara Ann Gertrude (DAVIS) HALL.  She died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999, in Sallisaw.  She married Leander Bill MABRY Feb. 23, 1945, in Chicago, Ill.   Survivors include her husband, Bill MABRY of the home; four daughters, Sue, Depha, Claudia and Margaret; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Robert Virgil Hall of Sallisaw and M C. ; two sisters, Depha and Bee; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for the Rev. Wilburn M. SCOTT, 79, of Rudy, Ark., will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren, Ark.  Burial is in Gill Cemetery in Van Buren. Mr. SCOTT died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 1999, in a local hospital.   Survivors include his wife, Josie HICKEY SCOTT; one daughter, Glenda Jean; two sons, Jimmy and Allen D.; one sister, Marie; one half-sister, Wilma; two brothers, Lee Vern and Glen; one step-brother, Bob; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.  The reverend was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy May SCOTT.

Graveside services for Clarence Leon STRIDER, 62 of Springhill, La., formerly of Sallisaw, were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Springhill Cemetery, with the Rev. Jesse Smith officiating.  Mr. STRIDER died Tuesday, Jan. 12, 1999, at the Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport, La., following a long illness.  Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Betty (BAKER) STRIDER; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Jackie and Terry, Mikie, Tammy and Kent, and Sandy; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy and Tonya and Shannon and Cindy;  his mother, Mary L. ; six sisters, Joy, Marylen, Virginia, Lois, Janice and Clara;  two brothers, , Sherman and Robert; and 15 grandchildren.  Arrangements were under the direction of Bailey Mortuary in Springhill

BARGER, 66,  of Sallisaw, 66, of Sallisaw are being held at 2 p.m.  Thursday at First Assembly of God Church in Sallisaw, with the Revs. Robert Polvado and Melvin Kisser and Don Barger officiating.   Burial is in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mr. BARGER was born April 13, 1932, in Sonnett, Montana, to Earl Jacob BARGER and Ocie Alice (RATCLIFF) BARGER.  He died Sunday, Jan. 17, 1999, in Fort Smith, Ark.  He married Marilyn MERONEY  May 25, 1955, in Billings, Montana.  Survivors include his wife, Marilyn BARGER of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Dan and Cindi; one daughter and son-in-law, Janette and Larry; five grandchildren; his mother, one brother, David; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Orville Issac COPELAND, 80, of Broken Arrow were held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Sallisaw City Cemetery.  Mr. COPELAND   was born Jan. 7, 1919, in Sallisaw, to Anderson COPELAND  and Lilly (PATTERSON) COPELAND.  He died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 1999, in Tulsa.  He married his wife, Claudine, May 9, 1964.   Survivors include his wife, Claudine COPELAND of the home; two daughters, Kathryn and Lucy; two sons, Bill and Ike; one sister, Juanita; three step-daughters; four step-sons, 12 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.    Arrangements were under the direction of Kennard Funeral Service.

Funeral services for Leaona DOCKERY COTTON, 83, of Chicago, Ill., were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Vian, with the Rev. Eugene Wright officiating.  Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery in Vian, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.   Mrs. COTTON was born Nov. 5, 1915, in Vian, to Robert William DOCKERY and Lydia (FIELDS) DOCKERY.  She died Tuesday, Jan. 12, 1999, in Chicago.   She married Roy COTTON  on March 4, 1954.  He preceded her in death in 1970.  Survivors include one son, Pascal; one daughter, Cleo; two sisters, Mose Ella and Marie; two brothers, Albert and Quinton; two granddaughters; four grandsons,; 11 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.  

Funeral services for Kenneth Clyde COWART, 80,  of Vian were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Sallisaw Restoration Branch of the Reorganized Church of the Latterday Saints, with Lelland Collins officiating.  Burial was in Peters Cemetery, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service in Webbers Falls.  Mr. COWART  was born Aug. 26, 1918, in Seven Oaks, to Benjamin and Bertha COWART.  He died Saturday, Jan. 16. 1999, in a Fort Smith, Ark., hospital.  Survivors include children, Kenneth Ray, Benjamin LeRoy and Pamela; Geri and Ray, Juanita and Dale, Peggy and Danny, Patsy, Destiny, Helen Marie and Raymond, and Gayla and Alvin, Bertha and Vance, and Judy; two brothers, Troy and Clint;  two sisters, Viola and Edna;  28 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.  Mr. COWART was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Lillian  COWART, two daughters, Rena and Delores, two brothers and three sisters.

Graveside services for Kenneth Eugene KEETON, 74,  of Cookson were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the U. S. National Cemetery in Ft. Gibson, with Dr. Lee Woodard officiating.  Mr. KEETON   was born July 27, 1924, in Boswell, to William Robert KEETON and Kate Cora (CLARK) KEETON.  He died Friday, Jan. 15, 1999, in Muskogee.   He married Alice Margaret (HOLMES) LANE KEETON  Dec. 23, 1967, in Claremore.  She preceded him in death April 27, 1998.   Survivors include two sisters, Ruby and Dovie; three brothers, Albert, Johnny and Granville; one step-daughter, Linda Kaye; one step-son, William A. ; one step-grandaughter, two step-great-grandchildren.    Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Funeral services for Lester REESE, 72, of Arkoma were held at 11 a.m.  Tuesday at Mallory Chapel in Spiro.  Burial was in New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Spiro.  Mr. REESE died Monday, Jan. 18, 1999, at his home.  Survivors include his wife, Bestine of the home; one daughter, Delba Jo; two sons, Richard W. and Raymond G.; and two sisters,  Myrtle and Nora;  11 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.  Mr. REESE  was preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Martha (TREAT) REESE,  two brothers, Hershel and Gene REESE, and one grandson, Bobby REESE.

Doyle Summerhill officiating.   Burial was in Maple Cemetery, northwest of Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow.  Mr. RINEHARDT was born April 15, 1947, in Tulsa, to Earl William RINEHARDT and Lucy Rose (PENDERGRASS) RINEHARDT.  He died Thursday, Jan. 1, 1999, in Fort Smith, Ark.  Survivors include four aunts, Ester, Etta, Okla, and Hazel; one uncle, Frank; and several cousins, aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.  

Funeral services for Alva "Babe" PATTERSON ROBINSON, 89, of Vian are being held at 10 a.m.  Thursday at the Assembly of God Church in Vian, with the Revs. Larry Miller and Dwain Houston officiating.  Burial is in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mrs. ROBINSON was born Jan. 9, 1910, in Mulberry, Ark., to Thomas Finley MARLOW  and Susan Alice (COLLUM) MARLOW.  She died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 1999, in Fort Smith, Ark.  She married Wayne PATTERSON  March 8, 1925, in Gore.  He preceded her in death Jan. 26, 1965.  She married her second husband, Ed F. ROBINSON Feb. 4, 1974, in Stilwell.  He also preceded her in death Aug. 11, 1978.  Survivors include one daughter, Mina; two sons, Charley and Robert; 12 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Lue; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.  Mrs. ROBINSON was also preceded in death by one daughter, Vera RISLEY.

Memorial services for Elsie SHERMER, 84, of Muldrow were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Edwards Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, Ark.  Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith.  Mrs. SHERMER died Monday, Jan. 18, 1999, in Gore.    Survivors include one daughter, Virginia Kay; two sons, Dale and Gary Joseph; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Aulbert F. TAPP, 87, of Van Buren, Ark., are being held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren.  Mr. TAPP died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 1999, in a local hospital.  Survivors include his wife, Roylee TAPP of the home; six daughters, Ellen Jane, Oma Lee, Doris Faye, Evelyn Marie, Linda L and Beverly Ann; one son, James A.; one sister, Adeline; three half-brothers, Edwin, Arthur and Alfred; 15 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

David Johnson officiating.  Burial is in Roland City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mr. WILLIAMS  was born Oct. 23, 1950, in Sallisaw, to Carl Wayne WILLIAMS and Doris Virginia (KNIGHT) WILLIAMS.  He died Sunday, Jan. 17, 1999, in Bartlesville. He married Dr. Linda Denise REAVIS   Nov. 24, 1978, in Roland.  Survivors include his wife, Dr. Linda WILLIAMS of the home; three sons, Benjamin, Brian and Bradley; and one sister, Dr. Carlene. Mr. WILLIAMS  was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Gary Wayne and Fred Allen WILLIAMS.

Mrs. PARKER was born Nov. 14, 1916, in Atkins, Ark., she died Monday, Jan. 18, 1999, in Paris.  Survivors include her husband, Gordon PARKER of the home; two daughters, Sonja and Paula; two sisters, Jewell and Vernell; two brothers, Berlin and Lawrence; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.  Mrs. PARKER was preceded in death by one son, Terry  Gordon PARKER.

TATHAM, 53, of Enid, formerly of Sallisaw are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Immanuel Baptist Church in Sallisaw, with the Revs Allen Poldson and Lonnie Rutherford officiating.   Burial is in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.   Mr. TATHAM was born March 8, 1945, in Tulsa, to Leslie and Virble (CHRISCO) TATHAM.  He died Wednesday. Jan. 20, 1999, in Enid.  He married Marsha WHITTEN June 19, 1970, in Muskogee.   Survivors include his wife, Marsha TATHAM of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Jana and Jason; three grandchildren; four sisters, Kay,  Ann, Darlene and Debbie; one brother, Kenneth; his parents Leslie and Virble; 14 nieces and nephews; and 20 great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Dan ANDREWS, 67, of Vian were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, at First Free Will Baptist Church in Vian, with the Rev  Vernon Smith officiating.  Burial was in the Garden  of Memories Cemetery in Vian, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.   Mr. ANDREWS was born Dec. 1, 1911, in the Vian Creek area, to Sid and Viola (MILLS) ANDREWS.  He died Saturday, Jan. 23, 1999, at his home.   Survivors include two daughters, Margina and Danna; one son, Dan; six grandchildren; one sister, Marie; and six brothers, Dave, Allen, Sam, Franklin, Billy Wayne and Clarence.  Mr. ANDREWS was preceded in death by one sister, Ruby MANDORIN, and three brothers, Morris ANDERSON, Jack ANDREWS and Buddy ANDREWS.

Funeral services for Ruby Lena DAVIS, 81, of Marysville, Calif., formerly of the Vian and Blackgum area, were  held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Emmanuel Faith Tabernacle Church in Marysville, with the Revs. Dewey Davis and Dallas Wiher officiating.    Mrs. DAVIS  was born in Braggs and died Friday, Jan. 22, 1999, in Marysville.  Survivors include her husband, Wylie S. DAVIS of the home; one daughter, Brenda; two sons, Stanley and Larry: six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one sister, Jewel .  Mrs. DAVIS  was preceded in death by one daughter, Portia DAVIS, and  two brothers, Lester BLEVINS and Earl BLEVINS.

Funeral services for Bobbie Lee HENDERSON of Fort Gibson, were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Wagoner, with his nephew, the Rev Chris Elkins of Park Cities Baptist Church in Dallas, officiating.  Burial was in Pioneer Cemetery in Wagoner, under the direction of Mallett Fuenral Home in Wagoner.  Mr. Henderson was born Oct 29, 1925, in Coleman County, Texas, to Payne and Zuda HENDERSON.  He died Sunday, Jan. 24, 1999.   He married Ora Faye ELKINS Nov. 14, 1947,  in Bisbee, Ariz.    Survivors include his wife, Ora Faye HENDERSON of the home; three sons and two daughters-in-law,, Ron and Judy, Larry and Paula, and Jerry; grandchildren, Jennie and Chad, Matt, and Josh; one sister and brother-in-law, Jane and Charles; one brother and sister-in-law, Payne and Lillian; one sister-in-law, Laverne; and several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.   Mr. HENDERSON was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Charles HENDERSON.

Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery in Paris, under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.  Mrs. KOCH  was born Dec. 28, 1908, in Ozark, Ark., to Henry and Luddie (CURRY) CANADY.  She died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 1999, in Paris. Survivors include to daughters, Pat and Anna L; one sister, Ida; 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.  Mrs. KOCH was preceded in death by her husband, Will Peter KOCH, daughter, Eva ATCHISON, and her parents.

Graveside services for Billy Dean MAXWELL, 48,  of Sallisaw will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, with the Rev. Vernon Smith officiating.  Mr. MAXWELL was born May 12, 1950, on Maxwell Mountain in Adair County to Howard A. MAXWELL and Violet (GIPSON) MAXWELL.  He died Thursday, Jan. 21, 1999, in Sallisaw.  Survivors include five sisters, Marcella Yvonne, Lynn, Sharon, Connie and Lynda;one cousin Elnora; and several uncles, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.  Arrangements are under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

PIKE, 66,  of Muldrow were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith.  Mr. PIKE died Thursday, Jan. 21, 1999, at his home.  Survivors include three daughters, Linda, Beverly and Denna; two sons, James and Larry; one sister, Jesse; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.  Mr. PIKE was preceded in death by his wife, RUBY PIKE.

Funeral services for Virginia Thelma TROTTER, 84 of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Mallory Wheeler Fuenral Chapel in Sallisaw with Marion Douthit officiating.  Burial was in Fleetwood Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw.   Mrs. TROTTER was born April 26, 1914, in Sequoyah County, to Jim and Ollie (NEWBERRY) RICHARDSON.  She died Sunday, Jan. 24, 1999, in Sallisaw.   Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Geroge and Janice; four brothers, Carl, Shelby, Alvin, and Kenneth; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.  Mrs. TROTTER was preceded in death by her husband, Frank TROTTER, her parents, one daughter, Juanita BRYAN and one sister, Agnes BOYD.   

Graveside services for Donald Ray WOODWARD, 55, of  Skiatook were held at 2 p.m. Jan. 14, at Osage Gardens Cemetery in Skiatook, with the Rev. Michael Griffin officiating.  Mr. WOODWARD was born Oct. 26, 1943, in Hanson, to Euel and Opal Woodward.  He died Tuesday, Jan. 12, 1999, in Tulsa.   He married Sharon BRAY on May 17, 1964.  Survivors include his wife, Sharon WOODWARD  of the home; two sons, Kevin and Brian; four grandchildren; his mother, Opal WOODWARD; three sisters, Barbara, Pat and Cheryl; and other relatives and friends.  Mr. WOODWARD was preceded in death by his father, Euel WOODWARD and grandparents, the late Sallisaw  residents, Welborn and Annah WOODWARD, and the late Muldrow residents, Sam and Mary WILSON.  Arrangements were under the direction of  Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home of Skiatook.

Memorial services for Earl M. GIBSON, 72,  of Shawnee were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Sallisaw Cemetery.  Mr. GIBSON was born Dec. 22, 1926, in Sadie, to Tobie and Clara GIBSON.  He died Jan. 27, 1999, at Parkview Nursing Home in Shawnee.  Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Diane, and Leslie and Cindy; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.   Arrangements were under the direction of Demuth Funeral Home in Oklahoma City.

National Cemetery in Fort Smith..  Mrs. GREEN died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 1999, at her home.  Survivors include one niece, Ute ; one nephew, Jorg; two sisters-in-law, Geneva and Mildred Fay; and one brother-in-law, Billy Wayne.  Mrs. GREEN  was preceded in death by her husband, Hugo GREEN.  Arrangements were under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith.  

Funeral services for Ruth HAMILTON, 85, of Vian are being held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Vian Baptist Church, with Bro Jim Murphy officiating.  Burial is in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in  Vian, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.   Mrs. HAMILTON was born Aug. 20, 1913, in the Carlile community, to William Edward "Ned" FOREMAN and Eula Bean (TERRILL)  FOREMAN.  She died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 1999, in Vian.   She married James Dayton HAMILTON Sr. "J. D." Nov. 10, 1938, in Vian.  He preceded her in death Oct. 11, 1987.    Survivors include one daughter-in-law, Annette; two grandsons, John Chris and Chip Foreman; and two sisters, Emme Lou and Iva Nell.  Mrs. HAMILTON was also preceded in death by one son, James Dayton HAMILTON JR. on Sept. 2, 1984, in Vian,   and one brother, Robert L. FOREMAN in 1984.

Funeral services for Frank V. McGRATH,73, of Sallisaw are being held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Fosters' Ivory Chapel in Fort Smith, Ark., with the Rev. Richard Bradley officiating.  Mr. McGRATH was born July 9, 1925, in Webbers Falls, to Joseph and Mary (VORE) MCGRATH.  He died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 1999, at Sequoyah Memorial Hospital in Sallisaw. Survivors include three daughters, Janeen, Linda and Teresa; two sons, Larry and Frank "Booner" Jr. ; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Betty Jean; three brothers, Bill, Jimal and Donald Ray; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Mr. MCGRATH  was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Fowler MCGRATH and Bud MCGRATH, and one sister, Vivian PASKO.  Arrangements are under the direction of Foster-Petering Funeral Home in Muskogee.

National Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith.  Mrs. NESS died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 1999, in Roland.     Survivors include her husband, Robert B. NESS; one daughter, Maxine; four sons, Raymond, Ronald, Don and Robert L.; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
