Graveside services for Bob O. BOUNDS, 80, of Sallisaw will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. BOUNDS was born on Sept. 13, 1930, in Wayne County, Missouri, to Timothy Raymond BOUNDS and Georgie Edith OWENS. He died on Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011, in Midwest City. He married Katy E. NELSON on May 13, 2003, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Katy BOUNDS of the home; one daughter, Nicki; one son, Steve; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Betty Ray BOUNDS.

Graveside services for Mark CASSADY, 55, of Claremore, formerly of Sallisaw, will be held at 10 a.m, Friday at Akins Cemetery northeast of Sallisaw with the Rev. Vernon Stone officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. CASSADY was born on Aug. 21, 1955, in Sallisaw to Billy Wayne CASSADY and Rosa Lee (FINE) CASSADY. He died on Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011, in Claremore. Survivors include one daughter, Jennifer; one son, Jarrod; twin grandsons; his father; one brother, Todd; and several other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Jack C. DAVIS, 76, of Vian will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Harvestime Tabernacle Church in Vian with the Rev. Chris Armer and Larry Davis officiating. Burial will be at Box Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. DAVIS was born on March 18, 1934, in Blackgum to Charlie Amburs DAVIS and Lula Ann (McFARLAND) DAVIS. He died on Monday, Jan. 31, 2011, in Vian. He married Geneva Belle NUNLEY RICHARD on July 5, 2002, in Miami, Okla. Survivors include his wife, Geneva DAVIS of the home; one daughter, Patricia Ann; one son, Larry Dale; one stepdaughter, Shanna; one stepson, Loyd; two sisters, Mary and Marie; four brothers, Raymond, Melvin, Wylie and Albert; 5 grandchildren; seven stepgrandchilden; two great-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.

Funeral services for James Earon McCOY, 87, of Gore will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the First Baptist Church in Gore with the Rev. Kurt Henry officiating. Burial will be at the McCoy Family Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. McCOY was born on Jan. 19, 1924, in Gore to Lem McCOY and Midge (SNYDER) McCOY. He died on Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011. He married Ruby Lou BURK on Dec. 19, 1945, in Seminole. She preceded him in death on Feb. 19, 2004. Survivors include one son, James Jr.; one daughter, Linda; one sister, Jerry; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Bruce McCOY, and one grandson.

Funeral services for Mae Jean MORRIS, 53, of Gore are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Lighthouse Tabernacle in Gore with the Rev. Cleatis Jones officiating. Burial is at Box Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. MORRIS was born on Aug. 7, 1957, in Idabel to Sally Mae SHADE. She married Gary MORRIS on May 25, 1973, in Vian. Survivors include her husband, of the home; one daughter, Michelle; one son, Jimmy Ledge; her mother, Sally CHISUM; three sisters, Brenda, Renee and Gayla; one brother, Robert; and one grandchild. She was preceded in death by her father, Tim CHISUM, one brother, Joe Bob GOURD, mother and father-in-law, Sonny and Laverne MORRIS and brother-in-law, Jim Don MORRIS.

Funeral services for Gwen Alline STOVER, 73, of Gore were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Primitive Baptist Church in Gore with Elder Carl Arnold officiating. Burial was at Gore City Cemetery under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. Mrs. STOVER was born on April 3, 1937, in Carter Nine to Harley and Bernita (TOTMAN) BLACKBURN. She died on Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, in Sallisaw. She married U.J. STOVER on Aug. 9, 1954, in Cairo, Ill. Survivors include her husband, U.J. of the home; son, Mike and Traci; sister, LaDonna and Wilmer; sister-in-law, JoAnn; 5 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Deborah HEPP, brother, John BLACKBURN and one granddaughter.

Jimmy Dean THOMASON of Checotah, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011, in Tulsa at the age of 63. Jimmy was born April 11, 1947, in Vian to Wesley Charles and Mary Marjorie (DUFFIELD) THOMASON. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Betty Jo. He is survived by his two sons, Albert Gene “Pudge”, and Jimmy Dean “Lil Jim” Jr., and his wife, Jackie; four grandchildren,; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Mike and his wife, Debbie, and Joe and his wife, June; sisters, Robin, Charlene, Margie Lou and her husband, Earl, Maxine and her husband Jim, Debbie Kay and her husband, Mickey, Susie, Pam, and Gayle; and many nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. Funeral services for Jimmy were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mission Outreach Full Gospel Church in Checotah. Interment followed at National Cemetery. Services were entrusted to Hampton Mortuary.

Barbara Jean PITTS of Sallisaw was born June 24, 1942, in Escalon, Calif. to Elmer and Eunice (MORRIS) PITTS and passed away Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011, in Sallisaw at the age of 68. She is survived by two daughters, Brooke and husband Kevin, and Beth and husband Olen III; one sister, JoAnn; one brother, Anthony; three grandchildren; three step grandsons; several great-nieces and nephews; two great-great-nieces; and two great-great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Stanley PITTS.   Funeral services are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Eastside Baptist Church with the Rev. Joey Potts and the Rev. Don Bradford officiating. Burial will follow in Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Jeane Perry ALES ADAMS of Rockledge, Fla., passed away on Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011. Born on Feb. 9, 1931, she was just shy of her 80th birthday. She is survived by three children, Gaylon Jr., Angalea and Trudy; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. A memorial was held in Rockledge, Fla. Jeane was the daughter of Earl and Lou PERRY.  She married Gaylon ALES. He died in 1983. Jeane married Billy Adams of Sallisaw in 1980. Memorial services are pending under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Funeral services for Catheryn TINCHER ARMSTRONG, 78, of Gore were held Saturday at Lighthouse Tabernacle Pentecostal Church of Gore. Burial was at the Gore Cemetery under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. Mrs. ARMSTRONG was born on  Aug 15, 1932, to Johnn and Beulah HADDOCK in Westville. She died on Tuesday, Feb 1, 2011. She attended Blackgum and Tahlequah Public schools and attended Lighthouse Tabernable. Survivors include her husband, the Rev. William O ARMSTRONG; one daughter, Connie and Dave POPPELL of Claremore; three sons, Doug and Vicki TINCHER of Gore, Robert and Brenda TINCHER of Berryhill and Roger and gay TINCHER of Emory, Texas; three sisters, Earlene and Kenneth ADAMS and Glenna HADDOX, all of Tahlequah and Herman RAGLAND of San Jon, NM; two brothers, Glen and Barbara HADDOCK Amarillo, Texas; one sister-in-law, Jo HADDOCK of Tahlequah; 20 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren; She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Bill TINCHER, her parents, two sisters and one brother.

Willie G. “Pigeon” CAREY, 65, of Tahleuah died on Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011. Wake services are being held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Green Country Funeral Home in Tahlequah and burial will follow at Box Cemetery in Vian.

Funeral services for Paul CHESHER, 81, of Van Buren, Ark., were held at noon Tuesday at the Agent Chapel in Muldrow with the Rev. Roger Owen officiating. Burial was at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark., under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. CHESHER was born on Oct. 16, 1929, in Indianapolis, Ind., to Joseph Frederick CHESHER and Rubye Lucille (HANCOCK) CHESHER. He died on Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011, in Fort Smith. He married Margie Alene GUNTER on March 13, 1973, in Fort Smith. Survivors include his wife, Margie CHESHER of the home; three daughters, Renda, Grace Anne and Vickie; three sons, Charley, Woodrow and James; one sister, Terri; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Donald Lee CHESHER.

Funeral services for Raymond E. CURRY, 79, of Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Oakridge Assembly of God Church in Sallisaw with the Revs. Gary Mullins and Monroe Lowrimore officiating. Burial was at Drake Stand Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. CURRY was born on Nov. 5, 1931, in Sallisaw to John Raymond CURRY and Ida P. (LONG) CURRY. He died on Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, in Sallisaw. He married Thelma Sue JACKSON on Dec. 23, 1955, in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife, Thelma CURRY of the home; five daughters, Carolyn, Barbara,, Brenda, Mary and Teresa; one son, Eddie; four sisters, Maggie, Eva Jean, Ethel and Florence; three brothers, Jim, Peewee and Roy; eight grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Thomas CURRY.

Burial was at Box Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. EDWARDS was born on July 13, 1933, in Vian to Jim BROWN and Eliza (MILLER) BROWN. She died on Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, in Muskogee. She married Edsol Lucas EDWARDS on Feb. 28, 1953, in Van Buren, Ark. Survivors include her husband Edsol of the home; three daughters, Deborah, Delores, and Lolita; two sons, Lonnie and Dwayne; two brothers, Leo and William; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Nancy BROWN and four brothers, Wadie, Runaway, Jimmy and Jeff BROWN.

Kathleen "Katie" MATZKE-EDWARDS, 59, left the arms of her loving family Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011, to join her beloved Bobby. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12, at St. Michael Catholic Church, 3713 Harwood Road, Bedford. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby EDWARDS, and her father, Thomas COURTNEY. Survivors: Her son, Jason, wife, Marianne, and three grandsons; stepson, Kyle and wife, Audra, and  two stepgrandsons; mother, Dorothy COURTNEY; sister, Beth and husband, Fred; sister, Michele and husband, Clayton; brother, Tim; sister, Jody; sister, Martha and husband, Herman; sister, Mary Jo and husband, Ronald; sister, Julie and husband, Mark; 24 nieces and nephews; three aunts; and numerous cousins. Services for George Millard GUNTER were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church in Claremore. George passed away Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 63. Born in Fort Smith, Ark., on March 26, 1947, to John Edward and Grace (CLARK) GUNTER. George married Janice BOOHER on Jan. 22, 1983, in Lawton and spent 28 happy years together. George was preceded in death by his parents and brother, John Clark GUNTER. He is survived by his wife, Janice, of Claremore; his son, Todd Minor; his daughter, Brooke Sarah; three sisters, Ferne and Donald, Ann and Lee, and Rosemary and Tom; two grandchildren. George is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins and will be forever loved and missed by all whose lives he touched,

Mrs. HARVELL was born on June 8, 1933, in Barling, Ark., to Curtis LENINGTON  and Cecelia (HALL) LENINGTON. She died on Friday, Feb 4, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark.  She married Barney Leo HARVELL on June 24, 1953, in Fort Smith. Survivors include her husband Barney of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Karla and Jerry; one son, Mark; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three sister, Bettye, her twin, Sarah and Ramona; and one brother, Ronnie. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, James Curtis "Sonny" LENINGTON.

Burial was at Brent Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. MAINUS was born on Feb. 26, 1933, in Sallisaw to James Albert MAINUS and Mattie Elizabeth (VANCE) MAINUS. He died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, in Sallisaw. Survivors include two sisters, Macie and Ellen. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Marie BAILEY and two brothers, James and Nolan MAINUS.

Funeral services for Charles Curtis McEVER, 77, of Tulsa, formerly of Sallisaw were held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with the Rev. Don Bradford officiating. Burial was at Fleetwood Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw, Mr. McEVER was born on Dec. 31, 1933, in Hanson to Garlon Spencer McEVER and Della Mae (SCOGGINS) McEVER. He died on Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, in Tulsa. He married R. Jean VANN on July 14, 1951, in Sapulpa. She preceded him in death on Jan. 26, 2004. Survivors include one daughter, Robin; one son, Mike; two sisters, Barbara and Joan; and five grandchildren.

Graveside services for LaRue SaANDERS CUMMINGS MOORE, 91, of Bartlesville, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Muldrow Memory Garden Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. She died on Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2011, at the age of 91, in Bartlesville, where she lived since 2002. She was born to James Chamey “Bruce” SANDERS and Floy Mae (SHACKELFORD) SANDERS on Aug. 12, 1919, in Sequoyah County. In 1941, she married Hubert CUMMINGS of Muldrow, who died in 1970. In 1974, she married Bob MOORE of Wichita, who died in 1980. Mrs. MOORE is also predeceased by her parents, two brothers, Hubert SANDERS and Charles SANDERS, a sister, Lorene SHELTON, and a niece, Mary SHELTON HARDT. She is survived by three sisters, Tess, Joyce and Bobbie; four nephews; 10 nieces; and many other relatives and friends and hundreds of former students.

Burial was at Belfonte Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mrs. SEVENSTAR was born on July 28, 1964, in Garberville, Calif., to Billy R. PATTERSON and Thelma E. (TODD) PATTERSON. She died on Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. She married Charles Anthony SEVENSTAR on Feb. 13, 2010, in Roland. Survivors include her husband, Charles of the home; one daughter, Ashley; three sons, Chad, Michael and Steven; her mother; one sister, Shelley; four brothers, Jim Bill, Trenton, Nathan and Markus; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father.

Tommy Noel officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. HILL was born on May 5, 1940 in Arkansas City, Kan., to Frances Marie Chaney HILL. He died on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011, in Wichita, Kan. Survivors include eight children; two sisters, Juanita and Carlen Carolyn; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances HILL and stepfather, Carl Jack HILL.

Burial is at Lee’s Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mr. Lewis was born on Sept. 27, 1941, in Lee’s Chapel to Robert LEWIS and Cassie Mae (ROGERS) LEWIS. He died on Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011, in Muldrow. He married Mary June RUSSELL on Aug. 14, 1976, in Muldrow. Survivors include his wife, Mary LEWIS of the home; three daughters, Lisa Carroll, Tammy and Ashley Rachelle; one son, Freddy Patton II; two sisters Carolyn and Fern; one brother, William; and six grandchildren.

Mr. Matthews was born on Aug. 22, 1931, in Sallisaw to Loy Melvin MATTHEWS Sr. and Amy (ROSS) MATTHEWS. He died on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011, in Sallisaw. He married Dorothy Hellen COLE on Aug. 5, 1955, in Stilwell. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy MATTHEWS of the home; two daughters, Brenda and Paula; one sister, Marie; one brother, Kenneth; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Loy Eugene MATTHEWS, one granddaughter, Jessica Ann MATTHEWS, his parents, two sisters, Betty Ann GAY and Lora Lee KEEN and one brother, Walter Dale MATTHEWS.

He died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011, in Springdale. He is survived by two daughters, Angela and Brittany; one son, T.C.; one sister, Malisa; and two brothers, Ronnie, and Steve. He was preceded in death by his mother, Olive DETRICK and his grandparents.

Mrs. RICHARDSON was born on Aug. 23, 1953, in Sallisaw to Charles Roy FINE and Maggie Lou HILL. She died on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011, in Tulsa. She married Jerry Don RICHARDSON in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include her husband, Jerry of the home; two sisters, Jeanette and Barbara; one brother, Roy Leon; and one granddaughter.

Graveside services for Paul Edward SMITH, 83, of Sallisaw will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Sallisaw City Cemetery with the Rev. Vernon Stone officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. SMITH was born on Jan. 21, 1928, in Akins to Watie Blakely SMITH and Jeffie Dee (COTNEY) SMITH. He died on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011, in Sallisaw. He married Alma HAMILTON on July 9, 1981, in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife, Alma SMITH of the home; two daughters, Phyllis Janette, and Tammy Jean; two sons, Jimmy and Joshua; two sisters, Mary Sue and Linda Faye; one brother, Blakely; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Merle SMITH.

Burial was at Drake Stand Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. BOND was born on Aug. 4, 1923, in Watts to Thomas Winston LAND and Rovena (ESKEW) LAND. She died on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011, in Roland. She married John Ernest BOND on April 23, 1943, in Fort Smith, Ark. He preceded her in death on June 6, 2006. Survivors include one sister, Skeet ; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Mildred ROWLAND CORBIT, 86, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Blackjack Cemetery in Muldrow with the Rev. Vernon Stone officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. CORBIT was born on May 6, 1924, in Sadie to Bill ROWLAND and Nora Mabel (WATTS) ROWLAND. She died on Monday, Feb. 14, 2011. She married Robert CORBIT on Sept. 2, 1964, in Stilwell. He preceded her in death on Nov. 13, 1981. Survivors include two daughters, Angie and Hollie; four sons, Rick, Mark, Bob and Tommy; three sisters, Edna Faye, Nellie and Juanita; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Doyle Martin officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. MYERS was born on Aug. 28, 1930, in Long Beach, Calif., to Margaret Viola WATERS CASEY. She died on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011, in Muskogee. She married Robert Shannon MYERS. Survivors include two sisters, Ruth and Betty.

Funeral services for R.A. “Dick” NUCKOLLS Sr., 80, of Gore are being held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Gore with Bro. Richard Nuckolls, Bro. Sam Nuckolls and Bro. Matt Wilburn officiating. Burial is at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. NUCKOLLS was born on Feb. 24, 1930, in Ames, Iowa, to Robert Lorraine NUCKOLLS and Faye (ALLEN) NUCKOLLS. He died on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011, in Gore. He married Betty Lou CLAYTON on May 1, 1949, in San Antonio, Texas. Survivors include his wife, Betty NUCKOLLS of the home; four daughters, Sheila, Lu Ann, Nancy Lee and Donna; one son, Richard; one sister, Maggie; one brother Gilbert Carroll; 19 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. He as preceded in death by his parents, one granddaughter, and one great-granddaughter.

Earl Lee PARSONS of Sallisaw was born on March 10, 1921, in Plano, Texas to Euel David and Rena (REYNOLDS) PARSONS and passed away Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, in Hot Springs, Ark., at the age of 89. He is survived by one daughter, Barbara and husband, Charles; one son, David; 12 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Louise, one daughter, Betty HENSON of Sapulpa and two sons, Junior PARSONS of Broken Arrow and an infant son, Billy Earl PARSONS.  Funeral services are being held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Mallory-Martin chapel in Sallisaw with the Rev. Sid Ree officiating. Burial will follow in the Fort Smith National Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Funeral services for John B. RAGSDALE, 87, of Muldrow will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Agent Chapel in Muldrow with Bro. Chris Taylor and Bro. Ted Stamps officiating. Burial will be at Blackjack Cemetery in Muldrow under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mr. RAGSDALE was born on Jan. 31, 1924, in Muldrow to Joseph Alexander RAGSDALE and Barbara Helen (BROGDON) RAGSDALE. He died on Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark He married Colleen FOLSOM on March 21, 1943, in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife, Colleen RAGSDALE of the home; one daughter, Trudy; two sons, Jim and Rex; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Audrey HARVEY and one brother, Joe RAGSDALE.

Isiah Lee SCOGGINS was born on Friday, Dec. 10, 2010, in Fort Smith, Ark., and passed into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011, at the age of two months. Isiah is survived by his parents, Melissa and Sammy SCOGGINS Jr.; four brothers, of the home; one half-sister; paternal grandparents, Sam and Bonnie; maternal grandparents, Donny and Marka; two great-grandparents; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw with burial at Box Cemetery north of Vian under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Ruth Ann SOSSAMON, 79, of Collinsville passed away Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011, in Tulsa. She was born on June 10, 1931, in Springdale, Ark., to Fred and Veda (SANDERS) CLEMONS. Ruth met and married Floyd SOSSAMON and together they raised twins. Ruth Ann SOSSAMON is survived by two children, Sharon and her fiancé Charles E., and F. Steven and his wife, Maryann; and one granddaughter; one sister, Virginia; and a host of family and friends. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Floyd.

Funeral services for Melvin Wayne WHITE, 69, of Bixby, were held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Bixby Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Brian Gilbert officiating. Burial was at the Bixby Cemetery under the direction of Bixby Funeral Services of Bixby. Mr. WHITE was born on Oct. 5, 1941, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Roy Melvin WHITE and Clara (LONG) “Bobbie” WHITE. He died on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011, in Bixby. He married Betty BROWN on July 29, 1995. Survivors include his wife, Betty WHITE of the home; children, Casey, Stacey and wife, Shannon, Melayna and husband, Mike, and Angela and Cheryl; two brothers, J.W. and George; three sisters, Mary, Carolyn and Anna; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Mona REESE WHITE and one brother, Roy WHITE.

Funeral services for Althea HOUSER ROSS, 90, of Muldrow will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Church of the Nazarene in Muldrow with the Revs. Carl Fugett and Kendall Ross officiating. Burial will be at Maple Cemetery in Muldrow under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mrs. ROSS was born on June 27, 1920, in Maple to John Bradus HOUSER and Amanda (WOODWARD) HOUSER. She died on Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011, in Sallisaw. Survivors include two sons, Arvel and Jim; two daughters, Carol and Donna; two sisters, Ruby and Bonnie Sue; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren and one on the way.

Funeral services for Bobby Joe TERRELL, 47, of Gore were held Friday at White Chapel Church in Gore with the Revs. Wayne Rice and Kenneth Byrd officiating. Burial was at Stevenson Cemetery under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. Mr. TERRELL was born on Dec. 17, 1963, in Sallisaw to Doyle and Darlene (SPEARS) TERRELL. He died on Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011, in Gore. He married Beverly Ann WILLIAMS on Dec. 16, 1994, in Bentonville, Ark. Survivors include his daughter, Brandy; his mother; brothers, Doyle “Butch” and Terri, Charles , Jimmie and Charlene, and Billy and Carmen; sisters, Judy and Bruce, Janet, and Sarah and Tim; and a special niece. He was preceded in death by his wife and his father.

Billie Lou CODY passed away Sunday, Feb. 20, 2011, in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 85. She was born March 23, 1925, in Red Oak as the only child of Lloyd B. PROCK and Alpha (HICKS) PROCK. She is survived by her husband, Gilbert CODY of Fort Worth; and two sons, and their spouses, David and Stacie, and Alan and Christy. She leaves behind four grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Billie married Gilbert C. CODY Jr. on May 2, 1947, in Bristow. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Mallory Chapel in Stigler. Arrangements are under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler.

Millie Louise COKER of Muldrow was born Nov. 14, 1923, in Muldrow to John R. and Courtney Caroline (MATTHEWS) ROGERS and passed away Friday, Feb. 18, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark., at the age of 87. She is survived by three daughters, Carolin Sue and husband, Wayne, Paula Louise and husband, Ricky, and Gaye LaDean and husband, Jody; two sons, Paul Roger and wife, Shirley. and Patrick Allen and wife, Vickie; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Louise was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Paul, two brothers, Avos and Amos ROGERS and one grandson, Jeremy BRANNON. Funeral services for Zaylee Shae DUVALL, an infant girl, of Roland, are being held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home in Spiro. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro. Zaylee was born on Jan. 1, 2011, in Little Rock, Ark., to Justin and Nicole (DAVIS) DUVALL. She died on Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011, in Little Rock. She is survived by her parents of the home; Gabrielle and Donavan; and her grandparents. She was preceded in death by her grandfather.

The Rev. Robert H. HILL, age 86, passed away Saturday, Feb. 19, 2011, at the Cherokee Retirement Center in Tahlequah. He was born Nov. 18, 1924, in Tulsa to Loretta Evangeline (BREEDING) HILL and Benjamin H. HILL. Robert was the grandson of Brinton Flint and Ethel BREEDING who were early citizens of Tulsa. Robert is survived by Pauline, his wife of almost 65 years; his brother, Charles M.; and his aunt, Margaret. He has a son, Dr. R. David and daughter-in-law, Megan; two daughters, Kathye and son-in-law, Stan, and Martha and son-in-law, Jack. He was blessed with seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He married Pauline J. OGLE on June 14, 1946. A memorial service was held at noon Friday at the Gore United Methodist Church.

Sammy L. WILLIAMS, 58, of Roland died on Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011, in Roland. He was born on Oct. 6, 1952, in Paris, Ark., to Leo Glenn WILLIAMS and Edna Lucille (HERRING) WILLIAMS. Private family services will be held under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Survivors include one son, Roy; three brothers, Bobby, Jerry and Joe; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Jason WILLIAMS and his parents.
