Graveside services for Alyssa Faye ALLEN, an infant, of Sallisaw, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw with Rev. Wayne Hall officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born July 30, 2007, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Rodney Dean ALLEN and Amy Faye (GOLLIHAR) ALLEN. She died Monday, July 30, 2007, in Fort Smith. Survivors include her parents, of the home; one sister, Alexandra; maternal grandparents, Darrel and Karen RUSSELL; paternal grandparents, Rodney and Linda; three aunts, Amber, Jamy and Tina; and four uncles, Brent, Derek, Clifton and Jason.

Funeral services for Harold Dale "Bud" ASBILL, 70, of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with Rev. Jerry Copeland and Jackie Rogers officiating. Burial was in Buffington Cemetery in Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. ASBILL was born Feb. 4, 1937, in Northview community, to Dallas Clayton ASBILL and Ruby Elizabeth (JORDAN) ASBILL. He died Friday, July 27, 2007, in Sallisaw. He married Laveda Mae WATTS, March 2, 1957, in Stilwell.  Survivors include his wife, Laveda ASBILL of the home; two daughters and two sons-in-law, Angela and David, and Lisa and Howard; one son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Joellen; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four brothers, Gerald, Sonny, Bo and Doug and several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services for Evelyn Marie BRYANT, 78, of Eufaula, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Millsap Funeral Chapel in Webbers Falls with Rev. Leon Wright officiating. Burial was in Coleman Cemetery in Porum, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. Mrs. BRYANT was born Oct. 15, 1928, in Greasy Bottom, Ark., to William "Bill" BELL and Cora (DAYBERRY) BELL. She died Thursday, July 26, 2007, in Tulsa. She married Charley BRYANT, Jr. in 1970.  Survivors include her son, Terry; one granddaugter; one brother, Junior; three step-granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters and a brother.

Funeral services for Frances Nadine BUTTON, 73, of Tulsa, will be held 3 p.m. Friday at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow with Rev. David Wiens officiating. Burial will be in Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow, under the direction of Floral Haven Funeral Home of Broken Arrow. Mrs. BUTTON was born Sept. 26, 1933, in Booneville, Ark., to John Fredrick FLOYD and Rose Lee BUTTON. She died Saturday, July 28, 2007, in Tulsa. Survivors include her children, Sue and her husband, Jim, Regina and her husband, Joe, Cheri and her husband, Ervin, John, and Ken and his wife, Denise, and David; sisters, Betty, Freda and Linda; and one brother, John.

Funeral services for Boyce FINE, 81, of Sallisaw, were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw with Mr. Royce Martin and Bil Fine officiating. Burial was in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. FINE was born Nov. 29, 1925, in Sallisaw, to Hubert FINE and Edith (DREWERY) FINE. He died Saturday, July 28, 2007, in Sallisaw. Survivors include one son, Michael; two brothers, Paul and Bill; three grandchildren.; and his companion of ten years Peggy.  

Graveside services for John Walden HANCOCK, 84, of Manteo, N.C., formerly of Sallisaw, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Midgett Cemetery in Manteo, under the direction of Twiford's Colony Chapel of Manteo. Mr. HANCOCK was born Sept. 13, 1922, in Okmulgee, to Walden Wood HANCOCK and Alice (ALLRED) HANCOCK. He died Friday, July 27, 2007, in Britthaven Outer Banks. Survivors include three children, Tamalie, Robert B. and Barry W.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Vera JENSEN HANCOCK, son, J. Wally HANCOCK, twin sons, Frank and David HANCOCK and one grandson, Eli JEREMIAH HANCOCK.

Graveside services for George E. HARRISON, 74, of Muldrow, were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Haskell Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Al Ruckman officiating, under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. HARRISON was born April 6, 1933, in Bald Hill, to Thomas HARRISON and Effie Josephine (SIDEBOTTOM) HARRISON. He died Saturday, July 28, 2007, in Muldrow. Survivors include one daughter, Rachel and her husband, Steve; one son, Danny and his wife, Mandi; six grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Cartha, one sister, Betty HARRIS and two brothers, Jim and Ed HARRISON.

Arthur W. JORDAN, 69, of Sallisaw, died on Sunday, July 29, 2007, in Sallisaw. No formal service is planned and cremation is under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. JORDAN was born March 19, 1938, in Texarkanna, Texas, to Arthur Willis JORDAN and Evelyn (MARTIN) JORDAN. He married Cheryl SCOTT, Aug. 27, 1989, in Honey Grove, Texas.  Survivors include his wife, Cheryl of the home; two sons, Travis Ray and Scotty Ray; one half-brother, Bobby; and several other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Holly Louise KEITH, 33, of Fort Smith, Ark., will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith. Cremation will be under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith. Mrs. KEITH was born Dec. 15, 1973, in Fort Smith, to James KEITH and Regina KEITH. She died Thursday, July 26, 2007, in Fort Smith. Survivors include her parents, James KEITH and Regina KEITH; one sister, Dawn; and one nephew.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Loyd and Grace GILBERT.

Joshua Earon McCOY, 27, died July 22, 2007, as the result of an automobile accident in Seguin, Texas. A memorial service for Mr. McCOY will be held in Gore at a date to be announced later by his family. Mr. McCOY was born on July 9, 1980, to James E. Jr. and Stephanie TRAMMELL McCOY of Gore. On May 31, 2000, he married April JOBE. Survivors include his girlfriend, Amber; the mother of his children, April McCOY; and his children, Kerrigan and Cooper; his father, James E. McCOY Jr., his grandfather, James McCOY, and his brother, Justin and his wife, Donna; his mother and step-father, Stephanie and Dusty THOMPSON, and a grandmother, Dixie TRAMMELL; his aunt and uncle, Linda and Johnny; Mr. McCOY was proceeded in death by his grandmother, Ruby McCOY and a grandfather, Ivan TRAMMELL. Arrangements are being handled by Goetz Funeral Home of Seguin. Mr. McCOY will be buried beside his grandmother at the McCoy Family Cemetery in Gore.

Funeral services for Johnny Ray MOSS, 62, of Gans, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with Rev. Vernon Stone officiating. Burial was in Star Cemetery in Cowlington, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. MOSS was born Aug. 25, 1944, in Rye Hill, Ark., to Elmer MOSS and Evelyn (ARNSTEAD) MOSS. He died Saturday, July 28, 2007, in Sallisaw. He married Juanita MUSTIN, Sept. 1, 1965, in Poteau. Survivors include his wife, Juanita of the home; three daughters, Tammy and April and Johnnie; nine grandchildren; three sisters, Marlene, Louise and Nedra; seven brothers, Raymond, Floyd, Paul, John, Jerry, Kenny and James; and several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Janeann MOSS.

Graveside services for Jerry Mack THORNTON, 65, of Gore, were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the White Cemetery in Gore with Rev. Garner Garrison officiating, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. Mr. THORNTON was born March 14, 1942, in Braggs, to Herman Edward THORNTON and Ocey Marie (BELL) THORNTON. He died Thursday, July 26, 2007, in Gore. He married Joyce MICKELS in 1963. Survivors include his wife, Joyce THORNTON of the home; son, Bryan and his wife, Shelly; granddaughter; brothers, Bill and his wife, Joyce, Buck and his wife, Janet, Roy Lee and Patsy; sisters, Myrtle and her husband, Frank, Imajean, Peggy and Brenda. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Johnny THORNTON.

Graveside services for Homer WILSON, 70, of Van Buren, Ark., were held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Dripping Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren. Mr. WILSON died Thursday, July 26, 2007, in a local hospital. Survivors include two daughters, Melissa and Wanda; one son, J.J.; three sisters, Lorene, Bernice and Mary; seven grandchildren; and lifelong friend, Virginia.

Funeral services for Eric Lynden BARROW, 31, of Canton, Miss., are being held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Breeland Funeral Home Chapel in Canton, under the direction of Breeland Funeral Home of Canton, Miss. Mr. BARROW died Tuesday, July 24, 2007, in Canton. Survivors include his parents, Leslie BARROW and Nancy (STAAB) BARROW; paternal grandmother, Sybil UPCHURCH; and maternal grandmother, Mamie STAAB. He was preceded in death by his brother, Leslie BARROW, Jr.

Memorial services for Marilyn Kay BENNETT, 60, of Arkoma, were held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith, Ark. Cremation was under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith. Mrs. BENNETT died Tuesday, July 31, 2007, in Arkoma. Survivors include her husband, Alan BENNETT of the home; one son, Rick; step-son, Alan; step-daughter, Jennifer; sister, Joyce; brother, Harold; two grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren She was preceded in death by her brother, Leslie "Buster" KING.

Funeral services for Wadie Richard BRUTON, 86, of Sallisaw, are being held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with Rev. Tommy Ballard and Bro. Jim Murphy officiating. Burial is in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. BRUTON was born July 17, 1921, in Drakes Prairie, to Walter C. BRUTON and Grace (ADAMS) BRUTON. He died Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2007, in Sallisaw. He married Christine E. BRUTON, Feb. 24, 1951, in Van Buren, Ark. She preceded him in death, Sept. 26, 2004, in Sallisaw. Survivors include three sisters, Ila, Margaret and Jessie Mae; one brother, Joe; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by one son, Jere Wade BRUTON, his parents, one sister, Lucille DORITY and one brother, Jess Calvin BRUTON.

Funeral services for Amber N. MANN, 33, of Porum, were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Emmanuel Family Worship Center with Rev. Carolyn Ricker officiating. Burial was in South Bethel Cemetery in Braggs, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. MANN was born May 16, 1974, in Tulsa, to Richard COPPIN and Linda (CRUM) DYE. She died Monday, July 30, 2007, in Muskogee. Survivors include her husband, Chris MANN of the home; one daughter, Montana Rain; one son, Zayne; mother and step-father, Linda and Rick DYE; maternal grandparents, Lee and Ima CRUM; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.  

Funeral services for Beatrice PLANK, 83, of Muldrow, were held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Mineral Springs Freewill Baptist Church in Muldrow with Revs. Marlin Douthit and Bill Adcock officiating. Burial was in Blackjack Cemetery in Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mrs. PLANK was born May 4, 1924, in Scranton, Ark., to Steve Edgar TAYLOR and Maggie Lenora (LOWERY) TAYLOR. She died Tuesday, July 31, 2007, in Fort Smith, Ark. She married James Alfred PLANK, on Sept. 28, 1941, in Moffett. He preceded her in death, Dec. 29, 2001 in Muldrow.  Survivors include three daughters and three sons-in-law, Linda and Jerry, Elaine and Melvin, and Alice and Danny; one son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Jackie; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Ina, Cora, Patsy and Kay; one brother, Samuel; and several other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Stella SMITH and one son, Jerry PLANK.

Graveside services for Herman STAMPS, 77, of Muldrow, were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Liberty Cemetery, north of Roland, with Rev. Vernon Smith officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mr. STAMPS was born Dec. 16, 1929, in Muldrow, to Samuel Lee STAMPS and Bessie Mae (BEARCE) STAMPS. He died Tuesday, July 31, 2007, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include four brothers, Fred, Ted, Donald Ray and Tommy D.; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, twin brother, Thurman and brother, Leon, four sisters, Edna Mae WEAVEL, Lorene ENGLISH, Lew ENGLISH and Billy Lee O'NEAL.

Burial will be in Upper Camp Creek Cemetery, northeast of Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mr. ALBERTSON was born Sept. 30, 1987, in Sallisaw, to Mark Wade ALBERTSON and Lisa Renee (MATHIS) DEAN. He died Monday, Aug. 6, 2007, in Muldrow. Survivors include his mother and step-father, Lisa and Robert DEAN; father and step-mother, Mark and Sandra; one brother, Marcus; one step-sister, Tiffany; two step-brothers, Robert III and Travis; maternal grandmother, Billye MATHIS; paternal grandmother, Reba ALBERTSON; and several other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Mitchell BOLIN, Sr., 92, of Vian, were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Marble City Cemetery Gazebo with Rev. Clifton Pettit and Judy Bolin officiating. Burial was in Marble City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. BOLIN was born Nov. 12, 1914, in Evening Shade, to William BOLIN, Sr. and Sadie (ROSS) BOLIN. He died Monday, Aug. 6, 2007, in Vian. He married Mattie Nell Dougherty, June 28, 1937, in Sequoyah County. She preceded him in death, Dec. 20, 2002, in Fort Smith, Ark.  Survivors include one daughter, Alice; two sons, Mitchell, Jr. and Ramon; one brother, Richard; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by his parents, one son, Damon BOLIN, two sisters, Nannie WALKINGSTICK and Bertie CLARK and two brothers, George BOLIN and William "Bill" BOLIN.

Funeral services for Tina Faye EDWARDS, 39, of Heavener, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau with Rev. Randy Cauthron officiating, under the direction of Evans and Miller Funeral Home of Poteau. Mrs. EDWARDS was born Jan. 29, 1968, in Fort Smith, Ark., to James DUKE and Helen DUKE. She died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007, in Broken Bow. Survivors include her husband, Lorne Daniel EDWARDS of the home; mother, Helen DUKE; brother, Larry; two sisters, Donna and Angela; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, James DUKE and one sister, Cynthia Ann DUKE.

Ray "Teddy" EUBANKS, 60, who served as Sequoyah County Sheriff from January 1993 to Nov 12, 1996, died Sunday, Aug 5, 2007, in a Fort Smith, Ark., hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Eastside Freewill Baptist Church in Muldrow, with the Rev. Anthony Williams officiating. Burial will be at Roland Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith. Mr. EUBANKS was born on Jan 2, 1947, to Albert Burnett EUBANKS and Viola Ann CORBIT EUBANKS, in Fort Smith.   Mr. EUBANKS is survived by two daughters, Angela and her husband Chuck, and Tatum and her companion, Jerry; three sons, Shannon and his wife Rhonda, Stacey and his wife Shawnna, and Shelby; two sisters, Pat and her husband, Grady, and Peggy; 17 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parent, a sister, Anna SHELTON, and a brother, Albert EUBANKS.

Graveside services for Donald J. FINK, 68, of Gore, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Box Cemetery in Vian with Rev. Wendell Cox officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. FINK was born Oct. 1, 1938, in Gore, to Jessie Earl FINK, Sr. and Edith (SAXON) FINK. He died Sunday, Aug. 5, 2007, in Gore. Survivors include one sister, Doris; two brothers, Jack and Jess; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, Lorene SHIPLEY, Melba Jo BRIGHT, Opah Colleen DRISKILL and Edith Sue McCLELLAND; and two brothers, Arthur Kendall FINK and Jack L. FINK.  

Graveside services for David Allen FOLSOM, 73, of Sallisaw, are being held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Milton Cemetery in Bokoshe, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. FOLSOM was born March 19, 1934, in Milton, to Albert Pike FOLSOM and Myrtle Zola (GOFORTH) FOLSOM. He died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007, in Sallisaw. Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl and Katherine; one son, David Douglas Allen; one brother, Arthur Wayne; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Albert William FOLSOM of Wister.  

Funeral services for Norma Jean FREEMAN, 72, of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw with Revs. Randy Freeman and Leon Stain officiating. Burial was in Akins Cemetery northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. FREEMAN was born Aug. 23, 1934, in Tulsa, to Joseph Lee CALDWELL and Estell (LARRACINA) CALDWELL. She died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007, in Sallisaw. Survivors include her husband, L.C. of the home; two daughters, Pamela and Lori; three sons, Gordon, Randy and Michael; one sister, Rachel; one brother, Elmer; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.  

Funeral services for Troy H. FULLBRIGHT, 67, of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. Friday at the First Baptist Church in Sallisaw with Rev. Mike Taylor officiating  Burial was in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. FULLBRIGHT was born Oct. 1, 1939, in Sloans Chapel community, to David FULLBRIGHT and Lois (RANDOLPH) FULLBRIGHT. He died Tuesday, July 31, 2007, in Tulsa. Survivors include one son, Scott; two granddaughters; one grandson; one great-grandson; one daughter-in-law, Regina; parents, David and Lois FULLBRIGHT; four brothers and three sisters-in-law, twin, Roy, Alfred and Janelle, Billy and Judy, and Dennis and Rita; one niece; and two nephews.

Funeral services for Seth Michael HAYDEN, 25, of Fort Smith, Ark., will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Eastside Freewill Baptist Church in Muldrow with Rev. Anthony Williams officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery, north of Roland, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Roland. Mr. HAYDEN was born Nov. 5, 1981, in Fort Smith, to Terry Michael HAYDEN and Michele Denise WHITE TRAWICK. He died Monday, Aug. 6, 2007, in Fort Smith. Survivors include his wife, Amanda WASHBURN HAYDEN of the home; mother and step-father, Michele and Paul TRAWICK; father and step-mother, Terry and Audra HAYDEN; one sister, Heather; two brothers, Shawn and Heath; maternal grandmother, Mary WHITE; paternal grandparents, Rodney and Lula HAYDEN; step-grandparents, Kenneth and Connie THOMPSON, Bob and Pat MYERS, and Charles and Nadine TRAWICK; and mother-in-law, Shirley WASHBURN. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Galen WHITE.

Charles Sonny Sparkman officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. HODGES was born Nov. 27, 1934, in Willow Springs, Mo., to Fred KELLEY and Edith (HILL) KELLEY. She died Monday, Aug. 6, 2007, in Gans. She married James Edward HODGES, May 30, 1953, in Wichita, Kan. He preceded her in death, March 1, 1989, in Muskogee. Survivors include five daughters, Becky, Janie, Ruth, Ruby and Nadine; six sons, Dwight, David, Olen, Donald, Fred and Tommy; six sisters; two brothers; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and five brothers.

Graveside services for Mike HUTCHINSON, 55, of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Garden of Memories in Vian with Rev. T.D. Drew officiating, under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. HUTCHINSON was born Jan. 6, 1952, in Fayetteville, Ark., to Robert HUTCHINSON and Wilda (HOLLAND) HUTCHINSON. He died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2007, in Sallisaw. Survivors include two daughters, Tiffany and Amber; two sons, Steven and Michael, Jr.; three sisters, Rose, Sheila and Tonya; two brothers, Ron and Herbert; father; and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, one infant son and one brother, Robbie HUTCHINSON.

Graveside services for Dean RODGERS, 60, of Sallisaw, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw with Rev. David Morley officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. RODGERS was born Nov. 3, 1946, in Sapulpa, to Louis S. RODGERS and Georgia L. (AARON) RODGERS. He died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2007, in Fort Smith, Ark. He married Judy LOCKHART, June 17, 1966, in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife, Judy of the home; one daughter, Lee Ann; one son, Shayne; three grandchildren; mother; one sister, Dianna; and several aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends including his uncle Glenn Wayne.  He was preceded in death by his father, one brother, Jerry RODGERS, one sister, Brenda WOOLVERTON, and his grandparents, Rev. L.S. "Dick" and Ethel RODGERS, and William and Florence AARON.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul David WILEY, one sister, Mary MORRIS, both parents, William Charles and Floy (MASON) WILEY.
