On June 22, 1920 Plainview or Possom Valley closed and transferred to the following districts: 4/24 went to Square Top; 4/24 went to Needmore; 9/24 went to Sandstone and 7/24 went to Berlin.
This Lost Prairie School was a little one room school southeast of Cheyenne. Highest attendance consisted of ten children from the families of the MCDANIELS, PATTERS, HYSELS, and the KNIGHTS. For toilets, they had the canyons, the boys used the north, girls used the south.
