BREEZY MEADOW (SUPERLATIVE) District #26
(SE1/4SE1/4 47-15-23) In 1915 there were 37 students at Old Breezy Meadow. In the spring of 1925, Mr. A. D. SHELTON took the contract for $700 to wreck the three old school houses of Old Breezy Meadow, Wild Horse and Simpson Schools and to erect a school building on the NE1/4 17-15-23 to be known as Breezy Meadow. April 6, 1953, 25% of the parents asked the superintendent to transfer their children. In 1954 all students were transferred to Crawford.
