Friendship Items


Mr. & Mrs. Innes were with us Wednesday afternoon and organized an agricultural club with twenty-three members and expect to get a few more members as some of the larger pupils were absent who will join later. Raymond Labor was chosen president, Julius Fennell vice-president, and Nellie Fleming secretary. Noel McClure is yell leader and Willie Labor was chosen song leader.

Bonnie Madding visited school Wednesday afternoon.

Our community is advancing in many ways, especially along matrimonial lines. For a while it began to look as if our weekly record would fall short but late Saturday afternoon Mr. Fred Lane and Miss Bonnie Madding set sail on the sea of matrimony. We wish them a successful voyage through life's sea. Its a question who'll be next in Friendship.
