ECHOHAWK

Earl Rolando, was born on April 30, 1954 in Pawnee, OK, to Delray Brice EchoHawk and Evangelista Jojola EchoHawk. He passed from this life on Monday, December 25, 2006, in Norman, OK, having reached the age of 52 years, 7 months, and 25 days. He married Charla Kay EchoHawk on January 1, 2000, in Miami, OK, and they moved from the Miami/Tulsa Area to Norman, in May of 2002. He was affiliated with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He served in the United States Army 22 years until he retired in 1994, and was also a member of the Pawnee Veteran's Association. He was an EXTREMELY PROUD graduate of the University of Oklahoma. Earl is survived by: wife, Charla EchoHawk, Norman; 4 children, Anna Rainey, Brigham City, UT, Earl EchoHawk, Jr., Lawton, OK, Paul EchoHawk, Salt Lake City, UT, Roland EchoHawk, Norman; mother, Vangie Jojola McClendon, Tulsa, OK; 3 brothers, Steve EchoHawk, Tulsa, Joe EchoHawk, Tulsa, Brian EchoHawk, Tulsa; 7 grandchildren; plus a number of other relatives and many friends. Service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, December 28, 2006 at the Pawnee Nation Multi-Purpose Complex, Pawnee, OK, with Rev. Warren Pratt, Jr. officiating. Interment will be in the Veteran's Section of Highland Cemetery, Pawnee, under the direction of Poteet Funeral Home, Pawnee, OK. (918) 762-2557
