                                      MRS. J.W. EARLY DIES
                                               AT   AGE 86

                                    WIDOW OF EARLY- DAY JUDGE SUCCUMBS
                                               RURAL HOME OF DAUGHTER

                    Mrs.Elizabeth Early,resident of Ottawa Co. for 45 years,died at 7:30 O'Clock
this morning at the home of her daughter,Mrs.H.H.Gallenkamp,eight miles southwest of Miami
Okla.,she was 86 years old.
                     Mrs. Early husband was Judge  J.W.Early ,who prosided over the Quapaw Indian
 Court in the early days of  the country. He died many years ago. He was one of the pioneers who
 helped lay out the original townsite of Miami Okla.
                     Besides Mrs. Gallenkamp,Mrs. Early leaves another daughter,Mrs. Emma King,of
Phoenix Ariz.,and a son,Charles Early,also of Phoenix Ariz.,she also leaves 18 grandchilden,and
8 Great -grandchilden The Funeral will be at 2:30 O'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Baptist church
at Ottawa. Services will be conducted by the Rev.J.Grover Seales. Burial will be in Ottawa Indian
cemetery, under direction of the Cooper undertaking Co.
