Kevin Michael Grant of Jones was born October 25, 1972 and went home to be with his Lord on May 11, 2005 after a brief battle with meningitis. Kevin was a devoted husband and father, a talented musician, and was known for his dry, cutting humor and his conservative politics.

His passing will leave an enormous void in the life of his wife, Laura of Jones, his children Andrew, Sarah and one due to arrive in June, parents Cary and Lynn Grant of Tyler, TX, Steve and Anita Anthony of Waurika, and a host of relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grant Children's Trust Fund, First Baptist Church, Jones or OMRF Cancer Research Dept. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 14, 2005 at the First Baptist Church, Jones with interment to follow at Jones I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
