Mrs. Cleo Spence, 38 years old, wife of W. I. Spence, 401 East Catalpa, died Sunday morning at a city hospital.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two brothers, C. W. Etter of Muskogee and W. F. Etter of Oklahoma City.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Hahn funeral home Monday afternoon at 12:30 o'clock by Rev. T. G. Netherton. Burial will be in Spencer cemetery.
