Arthur J. Timmons was born July 31, 1921 near Elk City, OK to Elizabeth and Ray Timmons . He died December 22, 2007 after a lengthy illness.

Tim joined the Air Force shortly after graduation from Elk City High School. He retired from the Air force after 20 years. After retirement he worked at Tinker Air Force Base Bowling Lanes for 10 years.

Tim married his high school sweetheart Lois Clancy on March 24, 1943. They had 2 children, Sherri Radford and husband Ronnie of Markham, TX and Terry ''T.J.'' Timmons and his wife Liz of Midwest City, OK.

He is survived by his wife, 2 children, 3 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Services will be held Wed., Dec. 26, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home on NE 23rd St. with burial to follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
