                Various tidbits of information
about Zwick and his family from the Daily Oklahoman Archives.
				Jan 1, 1905
				Daily Oklahoman, The
                Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
The marriage of one of the prominent young attorneys of the city, which
occurred the first of the month, has not yet become known here, and will
be heard with surprise. Mr. William H. Zwick, of the firm of Hayson and
Zwick, located in the Bassett building, and recently elected a justice of
the peace for a term of two years, was married to Miss Anna Cubberly, at
the home of the bride's mother, in Lawrence, Kans., on the evening of
December the seventh. The wedding was a quiet one, attended by only a few
intimate friends and relatives. The bride and groom came immediately to
Oklahoma City and took up their residence at 210 East Third street, in a
cottage prepared by the groom.
Both the bride and groom are graduates of the Kansas university, he of the
law department and she of the art school.

1901William Zwick formerly of Lawrence, Kan., will soon open a
law office in the same offices with T. C. Chambers.  Mr.
Zwick has been for some time steward and one of the clerks at
                the Hotel Lee.
1901 W. Herman Zwick was admitted to the bar. He is a young
attorney of ability and came to this city from Lawrence, Kansas.
1903 J. M. Orrick and William H. Zwick, promising young
attorneys of this city have formed a partnership known as Orrick
& Zwick for the purpose of practicing law. They have opened
an office in room 3 in the Bassett block.
1905 Judge Zwick married William Kirkland and Margaret
                Renfrow, both Oklahoma City residents.
                1907 Zwick made an extended
trip through northeast Kansas where he visited his parents and
                other relatives.
                1916 Judge Zwick advocated the
establishment of county probation officers and the extension of
                the widow's pension law.
Zwick resigned as County Judge [1918]
to assume immediate duties of assistant attorney general, in the
                state banking department.
                1921 William H. Zwick, Assistant
Attorney General, Oklahoma City, as noted on a letter.
Mrs. Ann Zwick is recovering from
injuries sustained when her automobile struck a train.

A man before his time... Judge Swick says" Walk and keep
healthy". Judge Zwick has followed his prescription for
more years than he can remember. Every morning he walks to work.
Frequently he walks to lunch and back in time for afternoon
court. Then in the evening he walks home again. There is also
time to think.   source:  Daily Oklahoman, The ~
