Daily Oklahoman, The Oklahoma City, Oklahoma March 5, 1918, page 4 Oklahoma's Oldest Woman, 105, Is Dead Ardmore, Okla. March 4 - (Spcial) Mrs. Susanne Whitley who was probably the Oldes person in the state is dead at the Oklahoma Confederate home here. She was 105 years, 8 months and 13 days old and had not been unable (sic) to walk for eleven years. The body will be buried in Utica, this state.
