Mrs. Elise M. Kibby, 78 yrs old pioneer Oklahoman who made the run in 89' died Thursday at her home 218 NE 8 after a short illness. Mrs. Kibby, born in Stockton, MO and made the run in 89' with her parents. The family settled near Edmond. In 1900 she came to OKC and has lived here since.

Services will be at 2 pm Friday in the Garrison Funeral Church with burial in Fairlawn.

A member of the Presbyterian Church, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Zora Miller of the home and 2 nieces and a nephew.
