James David Jenkins, age 53, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2006. He was born May 12, 1952 to Milburn and Johnnie Jenkins in Freeport, Texas. James made Choctaw-Nicoma Park, Okla. his home in 1985. He worked as a janitor for Rose State College in Midwest City, Okla. and enjoyed collecting and restoring automobiles as his hobby.

James is survived by his son, James Jenkins, Jr.; two daughters, Michielle Johnson and Carrie Jenkins; his grandson, Mason Johnson; his brother, Frank Jenkins; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Milburn and Johnnie Jenkins.

Funeral Services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2006 at Family Life Assembly of God in Nicoma Park, Okla. Burial followed at Kolb Cemetery in Spencer, Okla.
