Lucien Frederic Benge, 85, of Monroe, passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2004. He was a retired carpenter.

Survivors include his wife Alma E. Benge of the home; three sons, Rodrick Benge of Ione, Calif., H. Preston of Shady Point and C. David Benge of Henderson, Nev.; two brothers, David E. Benge of Fair Oaks, Calif. and Vernon Benge of Orangevale, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 28 at Greenhill Cemetery at Cameron under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Hartford, Ark.
