In it's original location prior to being moved and restored
John & Elizabeth A. Johnston/Johnson Barnett moved into this cabin located on Wolf
Creek Road,
Rockcastle Co., KY in 1856/57. It was moved to Brush Arbor, Rockcastle Co., KY in
the spring
of 1999 and is being restored and will be used as a museum. John & Elizabeth's 4
youngest children
were born in this cabin. Elizabeth is buried across the road from it's original
location on Wolf Creek Road
