                               Emma Bessie Kimbrell
    

Emma Bessie Kimbrell, 94, of Pauls Valley passed away Wednesday, Sept 12, 2001, 
at Pauls Valley Health Care Facility.  She was born Nov. 20, 1906, in Oklahoma
to Henry Clay and Judith Elizabeth (McCall) Ellis.

Mrs. Kimbrell was a member of the Church of Christ and made her home in the Pauls
Valley and Garvin County area most of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Luther G. Kimbrell on Oct 17, 
1983; daughter, Edna Kimbrell; brother, Benjamin Franklin Ellis; and four sisters;
Lennie Pauline Cohen, Addie Perkins, Abbie Perkins and Geneva Boardman.

She is survived by two sisters; Margie Davis of Prescott Valley, Ariz., and 
Jennie Thompson of Phoenix, Ariz.; and a number of nieces, nephews and other family
members.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept 17, at Stufflebean Funeral Home Chapel
with Mrs. Kimbrell's brother-in-law, John H. Davis, officiating.

Interment will be at Foster Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean Funeral Home.
