TALOGA TIMES-ADVOCATE
March 29, 1956.
Page 3. Obituary - Robert Lee Tustison, one of five sons of Adam and Dorothy Morgan Tustison, was born May 13, 1871 at Oswego, Kansas. He passed away at the home of his daughter, Mrs. A. L. Goeffroy in Oklahoma City, March 19, 1956 at the age of 84. Whle a small child and after the death of his mother, he moved with his father and brothers to a farm home near Warrensburg, Missouri, where he spent his early life.

He was married to Anna Dobbs, October 4, 1900 at Warrensburg. In 1901 he and his wife came to Oklahoma to establish their home near El Reno. A few years later they settled on a farm near Hinton where they lived 37 years. Following his retirement, he moved to El Reno and later to Taloga where he lived 12 years. Five children came to complete this family - - Charles, Herbert, Hazel, Mildred and Betty. Preceeding him in death are his wife, Anna, and son, Charles.

Robert Tustison confessed his faith in Christ and became a member of the Christian Church in his early manhood. To this faith he remained true. He held the love and respect of his neighbors and friends, who knew him better in later years as Uncle Bob or Dad Tustison. He had a bit of humor and a cheery smile for all.
Would that all might have the patience with which he bore his long illness, the manifestation of which endeared him even more to those who loved and cared for him.

Surviving are a son, Herbert, Sentinel; three daughters, Mrs. A. L. Goeffroy and Mrs. E. E. Cole, Oklahoma City; Mildred of Taloga; a brother, Herbert Tustison, Visalia, California; nine grandchildren Jerry & Lynn Tustison, Carnegie; Donna & Jean Tustison, Sentinel; King, Cheryl, Charlene & Kathryn Cole and La Veda Goeffroy, Oklahoma City; three nephews and one niece all of California, other relatives and friends, who will miss him greatly.
