Mrs. Rose M. Botkin, 84, 811 So. Oklahoma, died Thursday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center. Services are pending with Smith Funeral Home. She was born Sep 6, 1902, in Williamstown, W. Va. She lived in Sapulpa 25 years. Before Mrs. Botkin’s retirement, she owned a hat shop. She was a member of the Westside Baptist Church.
Among the survivors are nephew Roy Lee Wresche of Sapulpa; sisters Lenora
Dies of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Laura Davidson of Phoenix, Ariz.
Graveside services for Mrs. Rose M. Botkin, 84, 811 S. Oklahoma, will be 2 pm Monday at South Heights Cemetery with the Revs. Ed Lewis and James Spear officiating Burial will be under the direction of Smith Funeral Home. Mrs. Botkin died Thursday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center. She was born Sep 6, 1902, in Williamstown, W. Va., and was a 25 year Sapulpa resident. Mrs. Botkin was a retired hat shop owner and member of the Westside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, W. L., in 1975. Among the survivors are nephew Roy Lee Wresche of Sapulpa; and sisters Lenora Dies of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Laura Davidson of Phoenix, Ariz. The family requests donations be made to the Westside Baptist Church Memorial Fund or the Charity of their choice.
