WELCH—Services for Earl Ellsworth Triece, 66, prominent
farmer in this section of Craig county who died Wednesday in
his home on route 2, Welch, were at 2 p.m. Saturday in the
Welch highschool auditorium. Burial was in the Welch
cemetery.
Triece, born in Shelbyville, Ill., came to Craig county at
the age of 5 and had lived here since that time. He was a
member of the Baptist church and of the Craig County Farm
bureau.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Eva Triece of the home; one
daughter, Mrs. Thelma Mount, Welch; one son, Verlin Mount of
the home; two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Davis, Miami, and Mrs.
Grace Ladd, Tulsa; and one grandson.
