VINITA, Dec. 19.—Funeral services were held at the Methodist
church this week for Nelson Beecher Chamberlin, 86 years
old.
He was one of the first persons to settle in this vicinity,
and helped organize the Methodist church in Vinita. He was
well-known in religious circles throughout the northeast
section of the state.
