Craig County Genealogy Society is looking for a picture of a Dan A. Reed, who was either a City Marshal/Chief of Police in Vinita, possibly 1900-1920. Grandson Ben Reed of California is attempting to locate one. Dan A. Reed was born in 1859 and died in 1929 in Vinita and buried at our local Fairview Cemetery.

Also the society would like pictures, names and dates of any other early City Marshal/Chief of Police (1871-1930s). The society is attempting to start a file of City Marshal/Chief of Police.
