Fletcher School
School, ah I remember my teachers! I cried when
I have to leave Mrs. Kenneth (Burcha) HARREL in the 1st grade,
Mrs. Gilford WINDLE was my 2nd grade teacher, Mrs. Lowell
(Marie) ANDERSON was the 3rd grade, Mrs. BIRDWELL, if I remember
correctly was my 4th grade teacher, Mrs. Marion (Lois) HILL was
my 5th grade, and Mrs. Julia CLAYPOOL was my 6th grade teacher.
In high school, I had Mr. Kenneth HARREL, Mr. Lowell
ANDERSON, Miss Helen CHILDS, Mrs. Opal DAVIS, Miss Jan Marsh, Mr. Victor
LEGAKO, Mrs. BIRDWELL. James RURY and Allen ZISMAN
also taught school there. I am sure there are others but at this time,
I don't recall.
I remember my school teachers with love and repect for
I believe they were the BEST.
I started going to the Fletcher School Reunion in '97
which is held in March of every three years. If the reunion was just
only for the graduates, I would not have been able to attend. But,
anyone that attended school there was invited to attend. Guess what,
March 2003 is near. Will you be there next year?
