ROY, 21 and SGT. SAM EADS, 38, are the sons of Mr. and Mrs. J.J. Eads of Cyril. Cpl. Eads was inducted into the service Nov. 24, 1942 and received his basic training at Fort Benning, Ga., and Camp Gordon, Ga. He is in the field artillery. He was engaged in farming at the time of induction. Sgt. Eads was inducted in the Air Corps Aug. 22, 1942 and took his basic training at Sheppard Field, Texas. He studied to be an aviation mechanic at Maxton, N.C., and has been stationed there as an instructor. Both men are graduates of Cyril High School. EARP, SGT. ORDELL G., 21, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Cicero Earp of Anadarko. He was inducted into the army Jan. 11, 1943 and graduated from the army air forces technical school at Sheppard Field, Texas, in airplane mechanics. He attended gunnery school and received his wings at Tyndall Field, Fla., and was sent from there to Drew Field in Tampa, Fla. He attended school at Oney. EDDLEMAN, PFC. WILLARD, is the son of John T. Eddleman of Oklahoma City and is the brother of Mrs. P.H. Anderson of Anadarko. He was born and raised in Caddo County and graduated from Anadarko High School. He also worked for The Anadarko Daily News. Eddleman was employed in Palm Springs, Calif. before he entered the service and was then sent to Camp Lewis, Wash. EDMONDS, FRANCIS P., 22, is now stationed in Australia. He is the son of Mrs. Ethel Wheel of Gracemont. He was well know in amateur boxing circles before his army enlistment. EDWARDS, PFC. BRUCE and PFC. ERNEST EDWARDS, are the sons of Mrs. Addie Edwards of Anadarko. Bruce received his basic training at Fort Sill and Abilene, Tex., in 1941 and is now with the infantry, 7th army in Germany. He attended schools at Wichita. Ernest entered service in 1943 receiving his basic training at Fort Benning, Ga. He is now with the infantry, 3rd army in Germany. He attended school in Fairview. EDWARDS, PVT. GENERAL, is the son of Lola Anderson of Binger. He attended school at Binger and enlisted in the service two years ago. He is now stationed in Australia. EDWARDS, PVT. LOUIS L., 22, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jasper W. Edwards of Mountain View. He entered the service Oct. 19, 1942 at Fort Sill and was sent to the Hawaiian Islands for training. He has been stationed somewhere in the Southwest Pacific. He graduated from the Mountain View High School in 1939 and attended Carnegie Junior College for two years. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Hill of Anadarko and Mr. and Mrs. L.L.Edwards of Cement. EHRLICH, PFC. LOUIS, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E.E. Ehrlich of Anadarko. He attended schools in Anadarko and entered the regular army with the mobilization of the National Guard. He is now stationed in the east. ELLISON, SGT. CARL, 21, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. H.C. Ellison of Anadarko. He enlisted in the army Jan 18, 1943, was stationed at Camp Campbell, Ky., and then transferred to Fort Knox, Ky. to a tank battalion. Ellison graduated from Anadarko High School in 1941 and was employed by Ray Stephens, Inc., here.
