and moved to Oklahoma in 1907; 
inducted into the service at Anadarko 17 Oct 1917; 
received infantry training at Camp Travis, San Antonio, TX; 
served 5 months overseas in the European Theater 
of War with the 90th Div, Hq 357th Inf Reg; 
participated in the St. Mihiel offensive; 
killed in action 12 Sep 12 1918
