Link, who was born Sept. 3, 1887, in Linkville, Platte co., Mo. He died in a hospital in France on Jan. 30, 1919, with bronchial pneumonia. Ollie was among the first to be called to the front and was in the famous 35th division. He had been fortunate enough to come through without a wound, but he was gassed and sent to the hospital for several weeks. He was a member of the Christian church and a favorite among his associates. He wore in his life and character the marks of a Christian as proudly and valiantly as he wore the uniform of the government. He leaves a wife, father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. J.D.
