Anthony Charles W. - was 1st Lt. Co "C", 3rd Tenn. Mtd. Inf. Vol. 
He enrolled in the service at Loudon, Tenn. on Aug 5, 1864, mustered out at Knoxville, Tenn. on Nov. 30, 1864. He was born in Macon Co. N.C. on April 22, 1838. After his discharge he lived in Blount Co. Tenn. for 5 years, then moved to Towns Co. Ga., for 20 years. Then to Pontotoc, Indian Territory for 11 years, then to Caddo Co. Okla.. He died July 30, 1908 and is buried at Spring Creek Cemetery, Caddo Co. Okla.
