DAVIS-DYKES

Mr. Joshua Davis and Miss Clella Dykes were married at the home of the
bride's parents, Mr. and  Mrs. C.A. Dykes, Sunday afternoon at 5
o'clock, Rev. R.O. Gallahan officiating. A number of relatives and near
neighbors were present. After the ceremony a wedding banquet was served.

The bride is a handsome young lady with many friends. The groom is a
well known young man and very energetic. He has rented Mr. Tenney's farm
north of town and will cultivate it this year. Success to the young folk
and to others we say "Go and do likewise".
