Three people have been charged with first-degree murder after the Feb. 11 death of a homeless woman whose body was found in a trash bin.

Gary Wayne Roy, 19; Nicolette Sierra Nero, 16; and Leeann Marie Piatt, 16, are accused of beating and strangling the 43-year-old woman at 2457 NW 36 Terrace, according to court papers.

The body of Cindy Forrest was dumped in a trash bin at 2917 Cashion Place before someone called police to report a murder, according to a police officer' s affidavit filed Wednesday in Oklahoma County District Court.

The caller directed police to the body and Piatt' s house on NW 36 Terrace, where Forrest reportedly was killed.

Police said Forrest was a transient who had lived at that house for some time. Police have not offered a motive for the slaying.
