Wilma June English , 89, died Tuesday, November 30, 2010, at home in Bayfield, Colorado. Viewing will be at Barnes and Frederick Funeral Home on Friday, December 3, from 5 to 8 pm.

A graveside service will occur at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Norman, OK, on Saturday, December 4, at 11:00am. Mrs. English was born June 19, 1921 in Enid, OK, the daughter of Earl and Helen Young. She grew up in Stillwater and married Carroll C. English on August 13, 1939.

She is survived by: Irma Young (step-mother) of Loveland, CO, Robert English (son) of Nolanville, TX, Karen Sanchez (daughter) of Bayfield, CO, Donald English (son), Billy Joe Young (brother) of Midwest City, OK, and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Carroll, her sister Eva Lois Sturm, her brother Ralph Young, and brother Junior Young.

Carroll C . English , age 85, passed away May 28, 2004. He was born September 12, 1918 in Devine, Texas to Coleman Henry and Lizzie (Lacey) English . He married Wilma June Young on August 13, 1940 in Stillwater, OK. He was a member and Deacon of Sunnylane Southern Baptist Church, and a member of the church choir.

He is survived by his wife, June, of Midwest City, 2 sons: Robert Carroll English and wife, Ann, of Austin, TX, Donald Allen English , 1 daughter: Karen Sanchez and husband, Leroy, of Bayfield, CO; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brother Phillip Ray English and wife, Nita, of Delaware.

Preceded in death by his parents, a brother: Keith English and 2 sisters: Ann Dawes and Molly Stimson. Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 1, 2004 at Sunnylane Southern Baptist Church with burial at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
