Services for John G. Douglas, 56, of 3210 N\V 30, owner of the Home Portrait Studio, are pending with Smith and Kernke Funeral Home. He died Wednesday in Hubbard Hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Hazel; a son, John G., with the air force in San Antonio, Texas; a sister, Mrs. Carl Noland, Dodge City, Kan., and two brothers . Ray and Lawrence.

DOUGLAS Hazel E., 86, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 1998. She was born March 19, 1911, to Babe & Dona Epperly in Lutie, OK. Mrs. Douglas is survived by her son, John; two sisters, Merle Zink and Evelyn Ledenski; one brother and sister-in law, Ray and Liz Horne; her "special" daughter, Jana Timberlake; and wonderful neighbors, Orrin and Mildred Pearson, Marie Tatum and Roy Wade, all of Oklahoma City. Preceding her in death were her husband, John, and three sisters. Graveside services willbe held Tuesday, February 24, 3:00 p.m., at Arlington Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, a contribution may be made to ElderCare, 3200 N.W. 48th Street, OKC, 73112. SMITH & KERNKE
