Auto Accident Fatal
        To Sapulpa Cafe Man

TULSA., Jan. 23.-William Daniels. 64, Sapulpa cafe owner, died Sunday from injuries received a week ago when struck by an automobile as he waited for a bus at suburban Oakhurst.

Capt. G. C. Flynn Jr.. Tulsa provost marshal, said Cpl. William C. Float, 25. who surrendered to Tulsa police 24 hours after the accident, would be tried for manslaughter by military authorities at Angel Island, Calif., where he is stationed.
